The delivery was fast and included 3 free sachets of preworkout all different flavours on top of my actual delivery I would usually buy my usual protein powder and such locally but think I might start ordering more from the actual site because of the ease the product and the speed

My first order and it was beyond my expectations I ordered one bottle to bring with me while I do exercises It was fantastic very easy to use and to clean It s very comfortable to drink from it when you are doing exercise Also I got a bottle for my sake or smoothies It has aluminium inside to keep it cool It s easy to drink from it I tried the Casein protein The taste is excellent chocolate It has everything that your body needs to recover You feel it I drink occasionally after a very light dinner or sometimes instead of dinner I woke up with energy

Excellent products The products I have bought from Applied Nutrition have always been top notch mainly buy the whey shakes unfortunately their delivery partner is Evri this is without doubt the worst courier in the country who let them down every time with delivering to wrong addresses always delayed on delivery dates and shocking customer service
