Got a bottle of Goutel EDP on the website it took a week to arrive When I opened the pack the perfume box was all wet inside out When I opened the box I found the lid of the bottle was loose and the perfume inside had spilled all over Only one-third of the bottle was left I was devastated it costed me around 100 for the perfume I really didn t expect such disappointing experience I contacted the customer service for a refund but haven t got a reply after 5 days Horrible experience and won t buy from them again

I never received my order I sent six emails requests through the contact form and never received a response The phone number they list is disconnected 12 contact attempts later and with a PayPal dispute I finally received a refund Final update I still do not recommend this company At first they advised the package was returned to them due to a shipment error Then the story changed to items out of stock Nonetheless the only way I was able to get a resolution was to file the dispute through PayPal BeautyTheShop s customer service was non-responsive and only finally provided a refund when spurred by the PayPal dispute

I placed an order for a very expensive product and it arrived damaged I followed the directive for returns via an online form filled out and emailed As I did not hear back from the first emailing I send out a second and still no contact has been made Finally I tried calling and the number disconnected after no one is available to take your call Terrible service and an expensive lesson I guess

Emailed - WhatsApp message - Facebook message but NO Response I have have been advised by creed fragrances that beauty the shop are NOT an authorised seller I have a screenshot of tje conversation Therefore I have asked beauty the shop for an explanation and evidence the purchase I made is authentic as stated on website and in their marketing communication But no one is responding to me at all

I ordered and paid for a cream I haven t received it and checked the tracking number Courier s website showed the status Refused to accept the order It was never delivered in the first place Anyway emailed customer service no response I am left without money without cream and no answer Courier s website shows that the cream was shipped back to the seller Does anyone know what to do in such situations How to make the seller responsible

"What an appalling company"
What an appalling company not at all interested when something goes wrong as in my case They sent me the incorrect product and would not say how they would rectify the situation would only reply to emails when chased and totally ignored my last email Avoid this company at all costs
