I have recently been informed of the possibility that there may be false customer reviews on this platform made by competitors of blissy DO NOT BELIEVE I ve been using blissy pillowcases for over 2 years they are amazing They far exceed other silks on the market I ve read some of the recent negative reviews they don t even make sense Those who ve stated that blissy doesn t meet the claims they make about their cases Clearly people had an unrealistic expectation IT IS A PILLOWCASE NOT A SKINCARE OR HAIRCARE PRODUCT The pillowcase isn t infused with magical unicorn fairy dust that will transform your skin from awful to beautiful - that is not its purpose the pillowcase is good for skin because it doesn t suck up absorb skincare products so they don t get wasted will stay in on your skin do their job You also won t get sleep tattoos - the wrinkles in your face caused by a pillowcase of another material such as cotton creasing as you shift positions rest on one of the folds Additionally your hair will not be transformed from damaged to fabulous if your hair isn t healthy in the first place - the blissy silk is beneficial because the fabric won t grab your hair mat it down as you sleep The smoothness of the silk allows hair to flow freely while you sleep not trapping it under the weight of your head I ve never had an issue with customer service either quite the opposite in fact I recently asked for assistance with a question that involved a good bit of time consuming research needed an order history to look for a specific item I purchased The agent responded to me within 24 business hours provided me with the information the following day after I ve purchased silks from other brands while any silk pillowcase is better than a different type of fabric blissy elevates the level of the quality of their offerings Please don t believe the negative reviews
