Apparently I am a Lifeless looser and I should go to hell That s what the online help told me when the link they sent me didn t work I m so glad I didn t give them any of my real personal information and made it all up These guys should be banned

"Rude help desk AVOID"
The trial stopped in the middle When I contacted the chat help desk they were extremely rude They asked me to pay full month if I want to try When I said it was unreasonable and this is exactly why I want to try they told me I am a lifeless customer and they closed the chat so that I can t save the transcript Avoid them to avoid scam

I signed up for their free 24 hour account just to try it out I am new to iptv I followed the instructions published two times The reply from chat was to go to their help page and follow the instructions for my device Didn t work so they sent me different creds They didn t work after trying them twice Again Chat go to our help page and follow the instructions I really wanted to make this work but chat guy wasn t real interested in what I wanted Chat help leaves me hanging for 20-30 minutes at a time Still do not have a connection

I requested a free trial and they sent me a Portal URL which did not work I emailed them and they asked if I was using a VPN I told them I was not They did not respond I sent them another 3 emails and they did not respond I decided to use their Chat feature and explained again that the Portal was not working I was getting an error message Your account is blocked This was their response You can leave it There is nothing we can do for you Thanks for trying us I told them that I didn t try them because I wasn t able to connect Told them I was looking for a service with a strong EPG In the end I asked Are you not willing to help me They ended the Chat at that point with no response

I ve had this service for 8 months have no issues and teck support fixex my 1 issue and thats that I have a months subscription no problems with payment I m using tivimate as well
