I m amazed at the number of negative reviews I see out here on Capital One I have not had one negative experience I hope my good relationship with them continues They offer good online service But the best part is that my financial experience with them

Another great customer service I helped a friend with them again they helped her always be honest they find a way to help if owe you gotta pay even if it s as little a month Its something wrong date change it say it be honest speak up they don t bite they are nice people i never got any lovely people thank you capital one big upxxx even my mate is happy now

They gave me a credit card to help me establish credit when everyone else would not I mean I could have gotten one of those cards that had a bunch of maintenance fees but capital one gave me a card with no fees and now my scores are on the rise Thank you

"Amazing customer service"

I was a customer with cap1 for years never any issues I came here to leave a review for their customer service team I won t go into details but I needed help from them and an advisor called Kirsten was just incredible She helped every aspect of my problem and got me a resolution I wasn t expecting She spoke to me with such respect and empathy and that day I really needed a friendly voice So thank you so much cap1

"I personally love CapitalOne"

I personally love CapitalOne I have Wells Fargo accounts as well but nothing compares to CapOne They give better credit lines better rewards better benefits great interest on savings accounts and also really solid customer service Can t say I ve had any bad experiences with them so far I m a pretty happy customer

"Absolutely LOVE Capital One"

Absolutely LOVE Capital One They ve always been my favorite credit card provider I have the Venture card great benefits approved for a great credit line and I have no complaints Capital One customer service is absolutely FABULOUS seriously and they even alert me when a charge looks unusual or if I m double charged for something I m surprised to see some negative reviews on here because I ve actually been extremely satisfied with their services

I have been with capital one now for some time And I have to say there app is very easy and straight forward When I originally applied I had a poor credit rating yet capital one still have me a credit card not just one but infact 2 The only disadvantage is that the credit limit is not very high But even still having a capital credit card boosted my credit rating in no time so I hope one day my credit limit will raise

I wouldn t say a bad thing about capital one My first credit card and had no trouble at all Easy payments even though when you pay some money back it takes a while to go on the account it s honestly great Would recommend for an emergency card or if things are needed on it like food shopping or clothes shopping which I use this for
