Beautiful items and great customer service

After reading some negative reviews I was a bit sceptical especially about the wait time for receiving my order I had a great experience with Chickidee s customer service - one plate i had ordered came unglazed and they immediately sent me a replacement with sincere apologies I also received everything within a week from ordering All of the items i received were beautiful - i ll definitely return to Chickidee for any homeware in the future Very good value too Thank you April for all your help

Amazing customer service from April at Chickidee Replacement chair sent out ASAP which went missing due to DPD but dealt with very professionally by April

Some of the items in my order we re incorrect but April was really helpful and re-sent the correct items immediately and allowed me to keep the other items so I didn t have to do anything Very friendly service and the items themselves are lovely quality

Great customer service when bag broke

Order was prompt and I received ace customer service when my new Seagrass bag broke Sent pictures as requested and a refund was issued and in my bank 1 hour later It was a lovely company to buy from and I will not hesitate in using them again The second item I bought a basket is fab Thanks for the great service

April was so helpful

I was changing address when I made my order and had to last minute change my address on my order April and the customer service team was so helpful and redid my order My new sets of drawers are lovely I can t wait to order from them again
