"poor quality poor customer service"
I don t know how they have so many positive reviews on their site The material is like a jersey cotton bedsheet but transparently thin It smelled it had fuzz on it when I opened it and some kind of weird film that caused me to wash my hands immediately I followed their measurement instructions on the site and took the measurements twice I have an L-shaped couch that I was hoping to protect from pets Again the site makes this look very easy and nice-looking They simply did not fit no amount of maneuvering was going to get them there I told them how the sight of these ill-fitting skins and the poor poor poor quality made me want to cry for spending 125 on two of these I hate myself for believing them They offered a REPLACEMENT - key word here - of the next size up from what I had ordered or a 20 refund which comes to about 25 I said I d take the replacement and they said they would send me an invoice for the difference in cover costs A replacement with an additional charge I offered to send the bad ones back they declined Why would you use the word replacement Why not say you can buy the next size up and we will credit you what you have already paid I don t know how the people working there can feel comfortable selling something I wouldn t even use as a bedsheet and then making a really terrible deal to customers to make it right Pay more or get a fraction of my money back in for a penny in for a pound right I will update if anything changes but woohoo their CLIENT HAPPINESS team sure knows how to keep you anything but happy

"Complete garbage"
Complete garbage This is supposed to be a waterproof pet cover for a couch This is definitely not waterproof and can barely be called a couch cover Extremely extremely cheap material for a very high cost This is a complete rip off stay away from this garbage

Paper thin not pet friendly does not fit well They say these fit all couches - they do NOT On ours they do not tuck into the squared off arms and edges and the foam inserts pop out if you sit down They charge the customer to return the item and they do not make it easy to return Do not waste your money here Edit to update Not only do they make you pay for the return but they refuse to allow you to return via USPS This means your return cost is higher TOTAL SCAM Also nobody from the team reached out to me as indicated by their comment False advertising horrible product costly return STAY AWAY FROM COUCH SKINS

"Poorly fit ugly and bad customer support"
These do not fit my sectional couch despite guarantees they fit every couch The customer service was no help Having said that I utilized them for the past 9 months anyway despite the frumpy look One of them just wore through so there s a hole It s only been 9 months I contacted customer service and they said they aren t interested in helping or standing by their product Terrible company terrible product

"BUYER BEWARE "
This was the worst experience ever There s little to no customer support and it took ages for our covers to make it to us from China and the covers weren t even shipped until after the promised delivery date Once the covers got here they were ugly and extremely difficult to put on The foam inserts pop out frequently BUYER BEWARE

"They charged us 250 for our couch "
They charged us 250 for our couch skins then proceeded to send us 6 of the same type When we contacted them and told them of the error they said it ll cost an additional 60 and we were supposed to send back the incorrect shipment Guess what we never got the correct skins and we re out 310 total Absolutely criminal

"Not pet proof waterproof at all - they are lying"
I purchased couch skins for all my furniture since I now have a cat that is peeing on the furniture I specifically purchased waterproof pet proof covers for this purpose What I received isn t remotely waterproof - at all I am now cutting out pieces of my sofa because of fresh pee that soaked right through the couch skin I m so unbelievably angry right now I spent over 500 on these specifically because they were supposed to be waterproof and pet proof If I could give them less than 1 star I would

"You cannot return an item"
You cannot return an item I tried to return an unopened item the day I received it as I was ordering a different couch The customer service starts out as a bot After several days a real person replied but then quit answering my emails once he found out I wanted to return it I sent it back to the US return address on the package and received confirmation it was delivered I disputed the charges with my credit card company Couch skins disputed it saying he never receipt They don t apparently have a legit operation with a warehouse and employees The items come direct from China through a shipper here apparently Don t waste your time and money

"Zero stars"
Zero stars I have been emailing with them trying to return the product because it is complete garbage their website says you can return within 30 days but they are not letting me return They have now stopped responding to me altogether 180 down the drain
