So I was really anxious when I read these reviews but I had absolutely no problems The order was placed on 20 Nov and it was supposed to arrive this monday but it has already arrived Nothing missing and the products are undamaged I am really glad because its hard to find The ordinary products in my country and Deciem has really good prices

I order a few stuff from ordinary on 28 08 2020 evening dec 73462406 And i got my item today 02 09 2020 uk i read the reviews before i placed my orders with deciem i was a little bit scared becouse i saw a lot of bed reviews but i still placed my order Very pleased with my parcel was quick delivery and i get always update by email about my item I will order next time again Thanks DECIEM

I really cannot understand why some reviewers have had problems my experience was the exact opposite I placed my order on 16th Jan ordered 7 items which was enough to qualify for free delivery and received my delivery today 22nd Jan via Royal Mail I received notification of its despatch and tracking information and had a text and email with expected delivery time and date Goods received were well packed and no damage Ist class service Deciem Well done from me -

What can I say just perfect I read some of the negative reviews on here and was considering not purchasing from Deciem I m glad I did though I ordered all the Ordinary products I needed on Tuesday 25th Aug and received today Thursday 27th Aug in the morning first thing Not even two days and it s here So so pleased Good communication emails and I would most definitely order from them again

Was scared to order due to so many bad reviews but decided to take the risk Ordered to Belgium on Sunday received after 4 days on Thursday Second time when i ordered a package at delivery time 4 days after ordering a package I was at home but DPD said that they missed me and dropped the package at pickup point But that is a complain toward DPD not DECIEM Overall satisfied with all the products that came in a nicely packaged box

I was so hesitant about buying straight from deciem at first because of the bad reviews but I wasn t able to find the products I wanted anywhere else as they were sold out at every store I shouldn t have worried I placed my order on Sunday and received my order 3 days afterwards - everything was in order and beautifully packaged - I can t wait to try out everything I got

I have finally found what is good for my skin I have seen the results and I cannot live without the The Ordinary products anymore Not only they have good products but also a great customer service I was having issues with DPD and I went for a refund DECIEM apologised and offered me the products even though it was really not their fault Thank you

I was a little unsure at first whether to order or not due to the negative reviews especially because it was around black friday but everything turned out better than i expected I ordered from Romania and the package came today 2 days earlier than it was originally supposed to i placed the order 11 days ago and everything is alright

I am also encountering delivery issues probably due to Brexit 1 month since ordered and haven t received the order However it is our duty as customers to also think before starting to blame a company It is my 6th order and it is the only time when they are late We have been experiencing so many new situations in the past months so we all should be reasonable covid Brexit The products are still amazing and at a great price so let s not forget that Cheers and keep it up
