After reading some comments on here I was worried in case I needed to return for any reason As it was I did need to return a dress as some stitching was coming away near the zip and the process was straight forward and the full refund was received within a week of them receiving the dress back Reordered the dress and it s gorgeous Great service and quick response to my query Would use again and my daughter is very happy with her dress for prom -

On collection of my order I was greeted by two lovely ladies one named Sue and unfortunately I didn t catch the other ladies name Due to my order being for this coming Friday I was anxious the size of the dress I ordered would need adjusting the staff reassured me and helped me pick the most perfect dress for my engagement party Throughout the whole process the staff were very patient and friendly I feel as though they delivered a 5 star customer service and I couldn t feel more satisfied with my choice and the help off the ladies They also gifted me a gorgeous note pad and pen as I kind gesture it s definitely the little things that count I have ordered many times previously and will continue to order from this amazing brand Thank you all so much

I ordered the wild card two piece in orange for an event I m going to and had no luck anywhere else The fit and quality of the material was amazing It is really hard to find clothes that both the top and bottom fit and since it was the first time ordering from here I will definitely be doing it again x
