"I place my order and pay for it"

I place my order and pay for it I had to contact them to see where my order was at after 2 weeks for I got no confirmation of order only receipt for payment It taken 2 half weeks to get the order The first diamond art I finished is disappointing but second one look great The only reason for 5 stars is because beads are great looking and many different pictures to order from with good prices

I have placed 2 orders with this company and both arrived within 2 weeks I have not contacted customer service But shipping and product is excellent Ready to place my 3rd order I teach diamond painting and these kits are excellent

"Their Customer Service Is Excellent"

The customer service reps are very helpful When my package got delivered to the wrong place by the USPS I was very upset and emailed ecoolbuy s support email right away They helped me get what I needed to find my package I was finally able to get my package and I just love the diamond paintings They re so beautiful

Normally I m very skeptical with these kinds of sites but I have to say it didn t disappoint me When I received my order ECB00028055 I was immediately hooked What a beautiful paintings I haven t made one yet but I m very curious what the stones look like and what the result will be but I ll show you that later For now I say it is a must for anyone who is addicted to painting

The the Sea Turtle Full Square 50 x 40 diamond painting came quite wrinkled and I tried to flatten it with some heavy books on top for quite a while but did not help I contacted Ecoolbuy and they quickly responded to my email and is going to send me a new canvas Very impressed

"Replacement diamond dots"

I had started a diamond dot picture a while ago and noticed that one of the colours was the wrong one according to the chart on the canvas and in the actual picture I carried on doing it but it wasn t right so I contacted Ecoolbuy with my dilemma and got a quick response and now I will be receiving the right colour which I look forward to receiving Thank you so much for you time and understanding I find this company amazing and very helpful I will buy from them again and pass on my experience
