"It s been two months and have not received order"
It s been two months I have never received my pets meds I ve called them 2-3 times First they said the mail was delay a month Next they said they would ship out another package to me but that one also never arrived and I never received any communication about the second package I finally had to report it to my bank Do not recommend

"Meds Never Shipped Out"
I had ordered meds for my horse on the 9th of January my vet sent the approval on the 10th and by the 17th they hadn t been sent out yet I called and they said something like oh we just got that med in I explained that I needed it immediately by that point and they said they would expedite shipping which never happened I ultimately cancelled the order Called another pharmacy and the meds were at my house in two days no shipping fee I would say even if they offer a discount coupon don t do it There is something not right with that company IMO

Ordered script May 1 Partially delivered May 16 after we left on vacation Five calls to them Four calls including oneConference call with them and vet Two complaint emails NO Response Done Finished Full stop Another HACK company masquerading as viable and good You ve been warned

"The system here is the worst"
The system here is the worst The customer service that represents this is also rude Instead of listening to the customer s opinion he devoted himself to making excuses They did not contact us about problems or changes in purchases and did not adjust prices accordingly which raised consumer dissatisfaction If you want to do business right you need to improve it quickly

"BUYER BEWARE Ordered a Prescription item for my horse - NEVER DELIVERED"
Ordered a Prescription item for my horse on November 19 2021 Finally shipped on December 08 2021 but lost in transit Promised 2-day reshipment but sent by same company Ontrac Never arrived as of January 11 2022 Not sure if this Pharmacy is a Scam or just incredibly incompetent Customer service seems to be just telling the customer whatever will get them off the phone with no follow through BUYER BEWARE

Truly a terrible company and absolutely not worth any discount BEWARE - If you engage auto ship for any items they will not notify you in advance before the shipment is about to go out You ll just get an email saying it was shipped and that your credit card was charged and they don t accept any returns So if your pet no longer takes a certain medication or has passed away within the previous year you ll get a surprise shipment and charge on your card that you can t return

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE"
Placed an order on November 25 Charged instantly Received nothing until right befort Christmas No shipping info no order acknowledgement NOTHING Did send me emails wanting me to buy more stuff Finally complained to PayPal and they helped me get half my order So today is January 2 and I have one of the two things I ordered on November 25 They continue to send emails wanting me to buy things Unreal

This company took my money and never shipped my order Emailed them with no response Then spoke with customer rep who assured me my order was being sent out that day No tracking info and never received After being on hold for 1 2 an hour and speaking to representative 2 and requesting a refund that was never issued I am attempting one last time I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow Do not buy from this company

Do NOT SHOP HERE THEY are no longer reliable Their technology and customer service is non existent I ordered product for my dog on Sept 5th and the order was pended for days claiming my Vet never responded to their prescription request That day my vet received many faxes and e-mails theirs WAS NOT ONE OF THEM the problem was on their end Furthermore your cannot speak to a live representative This company s reliability has declined DO NOT ENTRUST THE WELL BEING OF YOUR PET WITH THEM It is worth your peace of mind to pay a little more
