For the most part everything went quite well Customer service was excellent with the agent that helped me being polite and answering all my concerns The drawing itself was mostly done to and past my expectations My only complaint was that an eye or something that looks quite like one was drawn where there shouldn t be an eye It s quite bothersome to look at and I wish something could be done about it The portrait is supposed to be a birthday gift for someone who s birthday hasn t passed yet so I m still unsure what their reaction to the problem will be yet Other than that my experience has been quite positive

"disappointed in delivery"
loved how my photo came up just didnt like how it was delivered the frame came in all packaged up nicely but the photo was just in an envelope inside the box the paper is very flimsy and thin so as i was putting it in the frame it got wrinkled a bit and now i see that every time i look at the photo the artist did an incredible job depicting my pup though
