It is difficult to setup live TV other then home country TV I had to seek help to setup Dtv to get live TV ect

Omar Amin was awesome I am a loyal jadoo customer for over 10 years Sent my device back and I never heard back Two weeks later I called and someone told me it was on the way A week after I called and someone said to me I would receive the device within two days NOPE - I got frustrated and emailed the help desk and they said to me there has been stock issues and that he would arrange a replacement for me soon I emailed him back and I heard nothing I was ready to complain to someone high up as the customer service people have been lieing to me all this time I tried my luck one last time and this gentleman by the name of Omar Amin helped me out If it wasn t for him I would have given up Such poor service from everyone else Omar said he will follow things up and call me He called me back after an hour with a tracking number and everything 5 days later I received the stock Next time my jadoo box plays up I will throw it in the bin if sorting a replacement is this hard and if it takes 6 weeks In 2019 you would imagine things will get sorted faster than this Anyways thanks Omar I hope some of your colleagues learn from you and treat customers good and not give them incorrect information
