"Definitely keep away from this company"
Definitely keep away from this company It s been 6 weeks and still nothing Annoyingly they won t respond to my barrage of messages lol When you first order they add you to this Facebook group which looks legit but now I can hardly see anything in the group and their settings are tight so you can t comment without them accepting it I ve commented on all of their posts on the Facebook page I hope they get sick of me soon and give me a refund

this appears to be a scam I ordered on 15 Dec I got one email reply after about a month that indicated they were family business that had all had COVID and were struggling with December orders but woudl get it sent out but then it went silent it never arrived - on reading reviews I m glad it never arrived and now have gotten a refund on credit card Total scam

"Awful - will misuse share your data"
Awful Brought this company s product via a FB ad then a few weeks later started receiving unsolicited calls from the Philippines asking me do I want to earn some extra money I know it was this company s sharing misuse of my data because in the call they addressed me using my nickname which is my FB name I don t use it anywhere else and have never bought anything via a FB ad before When I contacted the company they ignored me twice and when I then left a comment asking them to contact me on their FB page they didn t respond and also blocked me Avoid like the plague I feel daft for buying something via FB link and will never do so again

I bought one of these and used it once before I realised - you are NOT pulling up dirt and hair you re pulling up ACTUAL FIBERS from your carpet causing it to become threadbare Please stop buying this product You re doing more damage than good

Terrible product Cheaply made Expensive to buy Will damage your fabrics almost immediately due to the poor quality All their money goes into pretty web design ads and packaging

"AVOID THIS COMPANY"
I emailed numerous times to the company to request a refund I did this literally 5mins after placing my order as I did it by mistake I received an email back after the first email asking me if I would like to keep the product and receive a half refund I have not even received my item I emailed them to stop the order so they didn t have to dispatch it Since sending numerous emails asking them to cancel the item has now conveniently been dispatched AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS They ignore your request for refunds

Ordered placed since 12th November and confirmed no delivery to date and no response to my emails I can t review the product but the customer experience is terrible Not sure if I can even get a refund now

Do not use this companyI ordered via an Instagram ad - still haven t received my order I have since found out the same item can be bought in the uk for a quarter of the price This is a Chinese company which is not clear on their adDreadful service- when you email them they just send an automated response saying someone will be in touch but of course that never happens I m annoyed with myself for falling for this scam

Avoid Avoid Avoid Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still not received item They took my money within 1 day of ordering and yet won t respond to any email I send They have taken my money and have not given me what I purchased therefore this is theft - it s been reported

"Damaging and ineffective"
Like the other reviews say very damaging on fabric and not very effective at removing pet hair advertised Takes multiple swipes to move a small amount and you can definitely see and hear the fabric being affected
