"Shoddy service"

Shoddy service with unhelpful agents who have to be persuaded to give decent cusomer service Only a partial order arrived Flowers yes chocolates no processo no They ran out of the chocs and fizz apparently Didnt find out item missing until my sister told me - it was her birthday present M S didnt have the courtesy to let me know Awful customer service but eventually they sent a replacement for everything Shame 8 had to badger them into it

"Facebook customer service"

Hate how Leicester city store have moved ladies lingerie downstairs opposite food hall I don t want to be choosing underwear in front of every passer by Fosse park order collection not great I order a bag 40 and when I collected it it was badly marked no packaging was used for this order I said straight away I would not accept it - the lady was lovely and did say I could exchange it if I could find one in store but it s not my job to check quality This should not have been handed to me in the first place I handed it back for a refund I think zero packaging is great but don t compromise on quality My only 5 stars go to Facebook messenger customer service Every-time I have a question or issue they answer to the point no waffle or script - you never have to repeat yourself - they just deal with it and they answer and solve everything and anything quickly

"Grafton Street Dublin Excellent"

Visited Grafton Street store in Dublin a few days ago I was attended by Teresa in the gent s clothing department Probably the most helpful assistant I have encountered She gave an abundance of her time and gave loads of options to try on different outfits Very patient and helpful member of staff I mislaid an item and called the next day and again she was most helpful in locating my lost item Thank you very much Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service My call was answered quickly by a human being Fantastic Most contact centres put you through a long and painful IVR to then tell you they are experiencing a high volume of calls when the reality is that they are not employing enough agents and have defective processes technology Well done M S

"Fenwick norty Norton"

To start off this wonderful review I need to start with the background I have currently just moved to England which has been hard as I ve emigrated from Russia and I don t even need to explain why this may create some difficulties on my behalf However living in Gateshead means I have the wonderful metro centre where my favourite shop marks and Spencer s is I have been doing my food shopping every Saturday and every time I have shopped I have bought the amazing dry whiskas cat food and no not for my cat I don t actually have one it s for my own pleasure silly me I m ranting on again but what I m trying to say is it s on the top shelf so my dwarfism doesnt allow me to reach and this is where the young strapping lad Fennwick comes in he s polite and understanding and every time he gets it for me showing off his muscly arms which I can t complain with xx kind regards Paul

"M S cereal"

Guys right right I ve been put on something something magical amazing just perfection do you wanna know what it is Well prepare for it to be known to you it s M S milk chocolate and hazelnut pillows cereal GUYS This cereal is not just top tier but let me tell you a short story I was in m s once and I came across this cereal thinking to myself hmmmmm this sounds nice let me try it thinking nothing of it one morning I woke up and poured myself a bowl of cereal put the pillows in first and then drowned them in a generous but large amount of milk I sat down grabbed a spoon and took a fair amount of cereal to milk ratio on the spoon and let me tell you once it hit my mouth gone I ascended into heaven I believe I m a changed person since this cereal has entered my life I ve put all of my freinds and family on the cereal and I ve been eating it for the past year since that day no other cereal has entered my cupboard why you may ask There is no need this cereal is evolutionary Perfectly simple but simple perfect

"Excellence"

Womderful service on a day when was at my lowest I badly needed a jacket and m and s still only great quality shop wverything I ever bought fits my bigge bust and alas after covid no longer had my older stable winter double lined coat I looked for a puffer in an environmal colour which packs down small and will hand wash and size was beautiful plenty of room for extra pullover come October Thank you for smiling male assistant on ground floor Better than Harrods

"Application and store reflect their heritage and pedigree history"

Marks and Spencer s is great being going so long and the quality of their goods is reflected in their long history as a retailer Great their products are in many petroleum stations to despite being up sold The stores are great and this is also a mirrored in their application where I saw a training top was able to see stock availability in my local store and was lucky enough to fill out a partner survey to spend at marks and Spencer s and try some of their quality food hall goods Thanks
