"Fantastic Customer Service"

I was concerned that my watch hadn t shown up yet and I sent the company an email inquiring the status They replied within hours notifying me that the watch had been delivered a few days ago With that info I was able to determine that it was delivered to the wrong address Postal service error Great customer service and I couldn t be happier with how the watch looks as well

MVMT deserves a five starting rating from me I had the best experience with Gaile leading the way It started with the online chat function on the website Gaile referred me to their support email with instructions on what to include in the email I followed the instructions and was sent an email telling me I would have someone contact me within 24 hours this was around noon Near 6 o clock I had an email telling me my replacement item would be sent and they thanked ME for reaching out for guidance This occurred on a Wednesday and on Saturday evening the package was on my front porch I emailed them to compliment them on their customer service and to let them know the replacement arrived Another one of their watches caught my eye will purchase soon Thank you MVMT

"I received a faulty watch read the whole thing "

I purchased a watch on November 16 2021 After receiving it I noticed the watch would get hours behind even after setting it multiple times a day So I emailed customer support and they gave me a simple reset to try After that did not work I started to notice the seconds hand on the watch would stutter and pause for a moment of time Although I initially received a faulty watch the customer service was amazing and a replacement watch case and now I have a beautifully working and looking watch Amazing company with amazing products and amazing customer support

"Customer Service was absolutely Exceptional "

I wasn t really a fan of how the glasses fitted so I sent them back purely because I have a bigger head than most Nonetheless they were a very nice build quality and would recommend to anyone I wanted to make a point to highlight how exceptional the customer service representatives were for MVMT though every single time I emailed them questioning the refund process or how it was going they responded within the hour with such perfect replies 100 should be thankful for the people they have behind those monitors - very nice people

I get a lot of compliments on my watches from MVMT so when I found the battery had died I reached out and the customer service was outstanding second to none They restored my faith in humanity and the way American companies do business I highly recommend them to all my friends and will definitely buy a 4th

"Very helpful and friendly "

After receiving a faulty watch it would stop ticking for some time and get hours behind I contacted customer service They were extremely friendly and helpful They asked me to try a reset and when that didn t work they sent me a new watch case free of charge I was very happy with the speed of response and the friendliness of the support team This is not my first product from MVMT I definitely recommend them
