Got my order very quickly and they kept me up to date on the manufacturing process of the product When I got it I opened it to see it before I give it to my wife for Christmas I was very pleased with it It was not perfect as my pup had one eye that was two colors but small detail Overall it looks good Can t wait to give it to my wife

I am so impressed with the quality of my Petsie They did my pup justice I love how personalized the products are and their customer service is honestly great Super hands on and I loved how I got email updates every step of the way It is a very customized product so it does take a little longer to get but hands down worth the wait

I was very sceptical when purchasing the Petsie Then my dog passed away I bought one as I was contently getting adverts for it I sent in the pictures and a description of my dog and sent it all off I then emailed to ask if I could send m ore pictures in and they said yes the more the better Every person I was in contact with were super helpful and friendly and gave many condolences of the passing of my Pop It did take a while to arrive but I got emailed every step of the making process and the shipping process All of it was much appreciated from a customer point of view but I was also quite interested in what steps they took to create the life like cuddly toy Once it arrived it was almost two months since my dogs passing and my grieving had not gotten easier As soon as she arrived I broke don into tears and fell in love with the work that the Petsies team did Yes it didn t look exactly like my Pop but I didn t expect it too But it was pretty damn close Both my parents and myself kept having to do a double take whenever we saw her from out the corner of our eyes It got the finer details of her perfect and the colour of the fur matched perfectly I had personally recommended getting a Petsie to friends and family and everyone I have shown has marvelled at how amazing the cuddly toy looks I can not recommend Petsie enough It was worth the price tag as it helped me and my family through the mourning stages

"Great customer service and overall experience"
I had to send my eldest dog over the rainbow this past February and it still hits me hard knowing he isn t around to follow me or greet me at the door I wanted something I could remember him by and hold when I cry I couldn t afford the plushie so I went with a pillow and sent in a photo that had all three of my dogs in it saves me from having 3 separate pillow and the website made it look like my photo was centered well I placed my order and when the pillow came the photo wasn t centered which I realized was an error on my part I reached out to the customer service team and told them that the photo didn t come out like I had expected Melissa got back to me faster than I had expected and corrected the photo layout for the pillow and sent me a replacement at just the shipping fee which I was totally ok with paying since I had expected to have to buy full price all over again The team made this experience pleasant for me during a really emotional time and now I have a keepsake for not only the dog I had to say good bye to but of my other dogs when that time comes for them The pillow is a little on the stiff side but the more I hug it the softer it is becoming so I am pleased with my experience and am saving up to get a figurine made Thank you Petsies

I got my cat made as a petsie when she was 13 years old I knew I may not have much time left with her as she was older and had some health issues I m so grateful I got it when I did Now that my kitty has passed on it helps me and my son to snuggle with her petsie at night when we are missing her most
