So I ordered a product from here 10 days ago and it hadn t come because of Hermes a totally unreliable service I phoned customer service today and they re sending me out a new one that will be here in 2-3 days Top customer service and the lady couldn t have been nicer The only thing I can suggest is you change your courier from Hermes

I have used Paula s Choice products for several years and it is the BEST The various products-especially the Clear line- clean my oily combo skin clean without drying and all the other products work well and keep away the breakouts My husband who has oily skin is hooked on the Clear facial cleanser Their customer service is smooth and easy to deal with and always fast

I ve been using Paula s Choice skincare products since they launched years ago It s the only skincare I use I was always a fan of Paula s books so I knew once she created a skincare line it would be genuine effective and safe In her books she taught us what to look for in products and what to look out for In essence she educated us in what is real and what is marketing hype impossible claims in an unregulated market
