I purchased a nail clipper for my dog with an LED light It is an awesome product but my dog is a nervous Nellie and he wouldn t let me use it on him Dianne immediately answered my email and took care of all my needs She and the company have fabulous products and excellent customer service

"Pawsafe admitted their mistake and corrected it quickly"
i ordered 3 car leashes from pawsafe and unfortunately they only shipped 2 i emailed pawsafe customer service and they did 2 things which really impressed me 1 they responded to my email with a personal specific email the next day and 2 they acknowledged their mistake and not only shipped the 3rd leash but refunded me 20 of the cost It was great to have received that response and it restored my faith in the company

Super responsive customer service I really loved the fact that I could reply to the notice of delivery email and a real person got back to me right away and had already solved my problem We would all be so lucky if every company was this great with their customers I m happy to tell everyone about Pawsafe great products and service

"I purchased the no pull harness"
I purchased the no pull harness anti-chew spray and car seat belts Harness works great anti-chew spray works well I had to spray it on alot of different things because my 6 month old likes everything in the house One sniff and he had no interest in chewing Only thing is it didn t seem to last more than a day on fabric so may have to spray daily Seat belts are good quality and work well Had a small issue with the order I was shorted one seat belt but when I contacted customer support they were very helpful and took care of the issue right away I will definitely buy from them again

Purchased the no pull harness and it was an overnight life changer for me As an older adult I needed to feel secure in walking my 70 lb dog and this was it Ordered an XL and it was a little loose on tightest setting but works I am forever happy that I found this company and the harness THANKYOU
