"Not worth the drama"

Even before my rescue partnered with them I didn t have much success with anything at this store Employees were rude if they engaged with you at all After my rescue partnered with them for cat adoptions it was truly awful Their so called manager Destiny has no clue how to be a manager She s a pro at starting drama though Their sometimes manager from out of town Deb will lie straight to your face then deny it later no matter who witnessed it Their main manager Matt is a rude arrogant jerk who doesn t know what respect means Steer clear of this store It s more drama than it s worth

"False advertising of promotions"

Buying cat food and litter for my rescues racks up a lot of points With those purchases you can earn free bags of food and boxes of litter You can also earn dollars off of your order- 5 10 20 until the boss decides to no longer honor any coupons from you saying you re being investigated for fraudulent activity by using coupons THEY sent to you Hello BBB The employees are kind and professional Unfortunately their boss won t even return a phone call She says she has but I do have an answering machine

"False advertising of coupons"

Bryan the rude manager wouldn t apply my 10 coupon from Pet Supplies Plus He said I didn t spend enough money I asked him where it said that the coupon was only good for a certain amount he couldn t I was purchasing one of their most expensive dog foods Still he refused to honor it I hope corporate shows Bryan where the door is He argued with me in front of the store over 10

Upland CA - Beware this location has RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE toward customers who do not look like them They are very selective of who they choose to be friendly with If you don t fit their ideal look they won t greet you nor ask if you found everything okay Most team members will be very friendly with customers that look similar to them but are quiet and cold toward other types of people Don t shop there if you are not part of their demographic Team Member Elise was very cold and didn t provide basic friendly customer service the whole time during the check out process

Rewards program is a scam You cannot redeem points There are no instructions that work No one at the store can help because they didn t join the program due to complexity All they want is to collect your email address to track you

"Dishonest bunch of folks"

Dishonest bunch of folks They refuse to price match when buying case quantities because they say they don t sell cases Convenient they thought They figured they would get out of the 3 60 discount when in fact they lost a customer for life with a standing 150 month autoship order in place and another 100 to 150 month in misc purchased Small Minded short sighted thinking but then again they did save 3 60 on the discount and earned about half a dozen 1 star reviews in the process so there s that

Will NEVER give this company my business Angry manager associates bashing the manager I was there to buy dog treats and it was a nightmare I was actually scared from the violent behavior of the manager got my refund and left I will only ship at Chewy zero problems have been shopping with Chewy for 13 years

Had an autoship that didn t get cancelled in time so called store to see about refund and was told I could Once I got to store neither employees or manager knew how to do it Very un happy have decoded to take my business elsewhere
