"Worst customer service I ve ever "
Worst customer service I ve ever experienced They took an order for a door for a reptile cage The wrong door was sent I got a refund however the replacement door was never sent I asked for a refund and they REFUSED to give one The said they would give me credit THEY ARE THIEVES Reporting them to the BBB Don t waste your time They don t even answer their phone

"Pet Warehouse Doesn t Care About Their Customers"
I have been shopping at the Pet Warehouse on Glen Cove for a number of years and without telling their customers they have decided not to give credit or refund on live fish if they died the same or next day after purchase I just purchased 6 fish this past Saturday By Sunday morning one fish had already died I had to work Saturday Sunday I called This morning and was curtly told that If I read my receipt it says no guarantees on fish I was not made aware at the counter that their return exchange policy was changed As much money as we the customer spend in this store we should get better service This is ridiculous I will tell everyone I know not to shop here and go to Tropical Showcase instead They have no problem with exchanges returns And I will continuously post about their unfair practice

"Accepts order and charges card for items not in stock but got fefund"
UPDATED They did refund my cc so I just wanted to be fair Website apparently shows merchandise in stock when it apparently is not They charge your card then email next day informing of the fact they cannot ship item in timely manner I emailed to cxl they said no problem but based on other reviews I will be following closely to make sure the charge is removed from my credit card Like others have said I will never use this company again

"Never ordering again wish I read these reviews before"
I was optimistic when I saw they had my pet s food in stock and even paid the extra charge for next day shipping it has been 3 days and I have not gotten 1 update regarding my purchase No shipping details or tracking number I don t even know if the item is in stock or not I have called multiple times - no one picks up and emailed 3 times still no response Super frustrating and annoying to have to deal with Never again ordering from them Buy somewhere else

"Finally got results FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION"
I had the same experience as many others on this site I attempted to contact them via email which is the only option they provide After no reply I titled my email FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION Amazingly I received a response within an hour After a few sarcastic responses and eventually being banned from any further orders they sent an email receipt for a refund Of course after 5 days I still hadn t received my refund so I followed through with the FTC complaint Within 2 hours I had a legitimate FULL refund receipt with a transaction ID which posted to my credit card today Hope this helps those who still have not received their order or refund

"Stole my 500 didn t deliver merchandise "
Still waiting on a refund from this failed order 154646 They shipped to the wrong place ups shows returned to sender they are probably trying to keep a restocking fee but are dragging their feet on a refund despite filing a complaint against them with the BBB and will file a merchandise not received dispute very soon if they want a war they just are going to have their processor cut them off Will update and fix stars if they refund voluntarily They also failed to give me tracking information and by the time they did and I was able to check it ups had already failed delivery and it was just a total disaster and they returned it to sender

Worst customer service ever Tried many times to get answers Joanne said she d call back Instead she left for the day They don t answer email I d guess almost anyone else provides better customer service than they do Shop elsewhere and save yourself a whole lot of grief

"Pets Warehouse has been the most awful "
Pets Warehouse has been the most awful retailer that I have ever dealt with I placed an order on August 19 and they immediately had a pending charge on my account for payment Shortly after that I received two email updates that contradicted each other After several weeks I finally got through to a person on the phone who apologized for the delay saying that it was a manufacturer delay About a week and a half later I received another email stating exactly what she told me that it would be 3-15 days until they had the items I have been trying to contact them ever since and have yet to receive an answer or reach a live person I will never do business with this company again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this company

Ordered dog food was told no charge would be put on my credit card until shipment no product received they do not answer their phone they do not respond to emails and do acknowledge the form on their website that I filled out I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB Very shady company
