"Great reputable company"

I have shopped with QVC for almost twenty years and of course yes there have been issues now and again but they re always sorted out Some reviewers have had issues regarding return postage but I usually phone customer services if the item is bigger than usual and they ll usually oblige with a prepaid label I love this company because of their very unique returns service They will take back cosmetics clothing food and even footwear that has been tried and worn outdoors QVC has allowed many of us to access and buy some great US designers which can t be bought or found anywhere else I really like this company

I ve always found QVC customer services nothing but helpful and friendly Recent problem with returns company QVC sorted straight away I have used QVC for a long time and found telephone staff amazingly helpful and that s why I rate QVC so highly

"Good reliable company"

I up graded to a new Tom Tom sat nav with free life time map up dates for the life of the device This will save a lot of money As the maps would cost 80 a year to update Bigger better quality screen with voice control Better to fix to your windscreen does not fall off like the old design And lane guidance which is much more user friendly I have bought various items during the last 15 years from QVC Never had any problems Excellent customer service no waiting on the phone line for to long Qvc sells good products from company like Bose Dyson HP Item delivered in good time and well paked

I have become an avid QVC shopper Really good selection on almost anything that I would normally go to a shopping centre for Perhaps not the warehouse or auction site style stuff but the stuff you want to see try examine most definitely on QVC All the top brands some I have never heard of but am now using just great Love QVC shopping and videos of on screen presentations are great to help make up your mind Get crafty send something back within 14 days if you change your mind and so long as not used you get p p back too Return within 30 days or if product used then sadly no p p refund But still an excellent way to shop if you wan to avoid the high street

I m shocked at all the bad reviews on QVC I think their customer service is excellent I ordered a peony flower arrangement when it arrived the vase was smashed Not QVC s fault as it had fragile on the box That s Royal Mail for you probably throw around at their depo But any how I rang QVC they sent me another straight out I know people are moaning about the high shipping charges which I get as it annoys me too but what other company tells you to try things then send back if you don t like Used It simply doesn t happen So for those higher charges I do think it s worth it when you weight it up They have some great deals especially on cosmetics skin care

"GREAT SERVICE"

I have ordered many times from QVC and always find their website easy to navigate to select products at ease or put them on a wishlist The choice of ranges colours payments and TSV s are excellent but you do have to be quick I have had to contact customer service once for a minor issue but they were quick and efficient The reviews are trusted by a large community good bad or indifferent When you purchase on easy pay the communication through emails are fantastic as they let you know well in advance when they will be taking the payments so you are ready I love this brand and would happily recommend them so far its been a pleasure being a customer

I bought one thing off QVC an amazon echo ordered friday came monday had the option of 3 equal payments over 3 months which I took plus the echo was discounted too cheapest available credit where credit is due
