"Extremely kind team "

I bought one of their hair lasers and tested it out for 10 weeks Unfortunately I saw a lack of results I contacted their team and they were extremely helpful and were fast responders They were kind and understanding and issued me a refund immediately

"Full refund AND keep the product "

This review is not necessarily for the product itself but for customer service representative Sheena I didn t do my research pryer to ordering the Lumi hair removal handset and bought it knowing the person I bought it for has freckles all over her body She was unfortunately unable to use it The product was never used or even open They processed my return with zero hesitation and even let me keep the product since it was unopened What company does that That was very generous of them and now I have a gift for someone else that would love it

"Great customer service "

I had placed an order back on October 30 I received tracking information but stopped receiving updates on November 7th I figured that due you the holidays it was delayed A couple weeks later I still did not see any updates I reached out to customer service and received a response within a day They tracked down the original order and found that it has been lost in transit They quickly ordered me a replacement and I received my order in about a week and a half They provided me with constant updates and verified I received my new order I love my new device and I really appreciate customer service s timely and effective help I would definitely recommend

"Exceptional customer service support"

Shipping took much longer than expected but that s due to current covid travel restrictions from China Despite that the team always kept me in the loop of the status of my order right up to it s delivery I really appreciated their diligence and willingness to go the extra mile Which is something I haven t encountered with other companies I ve made purchases with anytime I had delayed deliveries The customer service support is truly exceptional

Angela gave me a full refund that should be processed within a few days I did not have to go through the trouble of returning it She really stuck with the 90 day policy guarantee and I appreciate the honest business being run here

"Service Second to None "

I ordered an IPL Hair Removal Handset from RoseSkinCo for my wife on the 26 May 22 and it was delivered on 6 June 22 well within the estimated timescales I was able to track the product and I emailed the company on one occasion their response was immediate I can only hope that the product is as good as the service provided by the company in particular Mark who is the Shipping Representative Thank you all very much indeed

"Missing free gift"

I ordered my product and was supposed to get a free gift with purchase however when my package arrived the free gift was not inside I contacted customer support and Marseille replied within a few hours My free gift was shipped and delivered very soon after that and Marseille sent me a few emails to check in on the product and double-check that the package had arrived Extermely helpful and professional

I had unluck with my first order It had a defect which appeared one month after using the product I have to thank customer service of RoseSkin who was very quick and helpful at responding to me Also making sure that product definitely arrived at my door Many thanks best customer service experience of all times for me personally Start using the new product today

I emailed the roseskinco customer service because my package delivery had been delayed Marseille was the person who helped me with my queries they were very helpful and great and explained the process to me Even after I received my package they still emailed me to make sure I had received it and if there was anything else they can do Great customer service

"I got my product and after 2 times use "

I got my product and after 2 times use it stopped working I was so sad about the whole situation I contacted the RoseSkinCo customer service and they responded quickly in the short period of the time they sent me a new one After I received my product they also kept following up to make sure everything is fine They assisted me with a great manner and it s exceeding all of my expectations
