Amazing customer service I ordered a beginners acrylic nail set on standard delivery and it came the next day There s everything you d need to do a set of acrylics including exfoliating hand wash and cuticle treatments beyond happy with it and well worth the money One of the products hadn t been sealed properly 60ml acetone and leaked in the box however when contacted they said they didn t have the 60ml in stock so sent me a 500ml free of cost on next day delivery Would recommend to anyone Good prices and salon standard products

Wanted to surprise my friend with hair dye for Christmas Walking into Sally s I had no prior knowledge of dying hair Until an employee Riahnna Brianna Showed me the process and what to use Very informative and gave tips for easier clean up Turned out great

I wish everyone could order through our Sterling Heights MI Sallys store I did a phone order small one drove up about 15 minutes later called the store number on the window received my order correct and quickly During this Covid 19 challenge this store takes top honors in my book Great service employee wore a mask gloves I showed my ID she had my items bagged in a bin She was kind and respectful She represented her company so well I am making an order right now for my out of town daughter to pick up in this same manner and she will be surprised for her birthday

I feel bad for others saying they were not helped but every time I call their customer care line or email them they always resolve the issue immediately and they are always super nice I have had horrible people from Sephora and Ulta on their customer care lines and one person almost brought me to tears on Sephora But everytime I need help with my online order or my coupon code doesn t work or I just have a quick question they help me the first time I ask and are always very efficient and nice If I can buy from them I will Great customer service and smart people too

Yesterday replaced curling iron I bought at Sally Beauty 3 years ago still working So I bought same curling iron again and will use old curler as backup if needed This curling iron was used everyday by me and exceeded my expectations Thanks Employee Anna was very helpful friendly polite I left my Apple iPhone at the store accidentally and went back the next day to get it Anna had secured my very expensive phone Thank You Anna I am so grateful Sally Beauty has such and honest employee such as Anna Anna works at Sally Beauty Attalla Alabama What a great employee you have at Sally Beauty

"Great in store and online experiences "
Looking at the reviews I can see people have had poor experiences in store I have shopped in my local store a ton of times the employees were kind and helped me find what I needed They were normal and good experiences As for online it is more my cup of tea because they always have great sales and there are more options for hair products online than in store They now offer free shipping with purchases of 25 which I love They ship within a day or two and package everything nicely so nothing spills or breaks I have loved everything I purchased and I have never returned anything I like this store and it is always hard to pass by it without buying something
