"Problem with eircode recognisation when trying to ship to Ireland "
I was trying to order a selection of items and have them shipped to Ireland I had difficulty with the eircode - the system would not recognise it I contacted customer service and Charlotte one of Trinny s angels quickly replied and solved the issue My products arrived so quickly and I absolutely love them Beautiful quality and pigmentation Thx you Trinny Team

I was planning a trip to London coming from Montreal Canada So in my itinaries Trinny London s signature book was on my list So I have reach out to the customer service for some assistance I have exchange communications with Skye and Charlotte in order to make an attemp to make it happened Might not be able to check that out of my list but I have to say that both of them really did their best trying to help me to reach my goal They were quick on responding to my emails kind understanding polite and very helpful I feel they went over and beyond I was honestly very impress with the service I have gotten from both of them Impeccable

I asked a question about my color match and I received my response in less than 24 hours Second question same response time Ordering products each order ships and gets delivered so quickly and the products are wonderful I have a very sensitive skin and am limited to what I can use and the Trinny range has been 100 hypoalelrgenic and when ever I wear it a 5 minute face I get so many compliments Amazing service combined with a more amazing product Plus Trinny videos my style has changed and I love it

Was very disappointed when the wrong items for my mums Christmas present had been delivered however Ian from Customer Service was on the case and has promptly re-issued the correct items just in time for Christmas Fabulous customer service and showed that they really care about every customer X

In the past two weeks I ve had cause to reach out to customer service 3 times A missed item in an order a make up bag that broke upon first use and most recently an undelivered parcel Each time customer services dealt with my queries quickly and everything was resolved without hassle and I felt well supported Thank you This is a great brand and a couple of hiccups aside they really do try to deliver great service Of course the products are wonderful too and make me feel great x thanks again
