Truly s customer service is outstanding I have severy issues while ordering and one was the time was damaged upon arrival and the other was the package was sent back to Truly by FedEx due to damage Truly immediately fixed each issue without any questions They did so quickly and kindly Their customer service is one of the main reasons why I continue purchasing their products And because their products are amazing

"Glad I went out my comfort zone "
I found truly on the socials and kept skipping past at first Then I decided to try and am glad I did I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and these wonderful scents and different textures and serums have made self care so much better I enjoy the way my skin feels after a nice shower and then even more after using different products from the truly line If you see this I say give truly a try you won t be disappointed It s animal cruelty free and vegan

I am happy to have found out about Truly Beauty The products are amazing They smell great Truly as a whole has made a big difference with the way my skin feels and gives me a chance to actually take some time for me to give myself self care I have chronic depression and anxiety and Truly has helped with that Truly ships pretty quickly Sometimes when they get busy it may take a couple days longer and anytime I have had an issue with an order they rectify it immediately I will continue to be a truly beauty customer as long as there is Truly beauty
