"Really confused by this but basically"
Really confused by this but basically there was a competition that ended today at 3pm You shared a link with people you know for them to add themselves to a waiting list for the Space NK advent calendar I did this and at 2 59 and less than 1 minute before the cut off it was already 2 59pm when I checked I checked what position I was on the leaderboard and I had gone from position 1 to position 7 literally in seconds Lots of people had done this for me and I mean lots and it said I was position 1 I d been position 2 most of the morning and then as I checked I was position 1 It wasn t a glitch and I am starting to think I was told right when I was told that they search for you on social media to see your follower count and if it s low meaning they won t get much exposure you don t win I d been top 5 for days and the 2nd for around 24 hours and now 1st Then 7th in seconds Baffling Every other time I ve shopped with them they ve been amazing and I ve never had issues but this after a rubbish few weeks I was excited that I might actually win this but clearly they d rather it was an influencer Because no way would the system be fine until seconds before cut off

"Whats Going On "
I ve been a SpaceNK fan for about 5 years and until now have never had much of an issue I placed an order on 25th September 2023 and since I haven t recieved any notification of it being dispatched today I logged into my account only to find that my order history isn t there and I cannot get hold of customer services as the number just rings out when I try to call it I m feeling very confused and I m not quite sure what else to do

"Lost Package expensive advent calendar "
My original package delivery was lost and sent to the wrong address When I first called a woman tried to help but kept insisting that the recipient my sister for whom it was a gift needed to authorize me to speak to customer service This was very frustrating because I wanted the gist to be a surprise but clearly that was not possible Once she authorized I got Connor who was a fantastic customer service rep and really helped see a replacement package through to delivery Ao now we have a happy gifter and giftee Thank you Connor

"International shopping became uncomfortable with recent changes"
The cite was a good one for shopping from abroad because of discounting uk tax Made a couple of great hauls there However with the recent changes only expensive express delivery is available That basically eliminates any profit I would love to have cheaper international delivery option back as I don t mind waiting one week longer for my order

I ordered a gift card online I ve been waiting a week for it to be sent out I wrote in support - they transferred it to the other department so far no one has answered I was disappointed in the new policy of the site

I have never had any issues with Space NK in the past however on this occasion they have still not dispatched my order 8 days after I placed it I chatted to someone on line but was just told that they were busy had not processed my order yet could cancel it if preferred Not the best customer service I have had from them

I ordered a number of items which I was looking forward to receiving After day 9 and being told they couldn t tell me when they d be able to deliver my order I asked for it to be cancelled I gave 3 stars because I was pleased they cancelled my order straight away but obviously completely dissatisfied with having to wait so long for something to be delivered so I won t be ordering with them again Just to add my order was not Black Friday items and if it was I would have been a bit more patient
