I had a hair appointment this weekend at an ULTA salon in North Wales Pa I had a full hi-light and cut and it came out amazing I haven t walked out of a salon that happy in years Kathy did my hair and she was professional friendly and extremely knowledgeable about products and hair I will definitely be going back to her

I have been coming here for years and tonight after closing 15 minutes prior to me walking up to the door they met me before I attempted to open the door to let me know they closed at 6pm I said thank you and as I was about to head back to my car the associate asked what I was shopping for I let him know I just wanted to grab some olaplaex He said come on in and get what you need I was absolutely shocked because I know what it s like to close and have to turn people away after hours He truly went out of his way just so I could get what I needed and answered my questions Thank you to the whole team who welcomed me in with my 2 kiddos for our quick purchase

Was super nervous to go to a new hairdresser but Fabi right away put me at ease with her knowledge of hair and color I m weird about how I like my hair and she nailed it she took time to go through my hair and suggested products for me She is amazing and my new go to girl

I have to start this review with SHERI IS AMAZING just to grab your attention From the moment I met Sheri I could already tell that she was going to be the right one to take on the extremely difficult task of cutting 9 years worth of my locs and repairing a rough hairline She was very informative and knowledgeable of what she could do and always kept my options realistic she also always made sure I was comfortable I went into to see her with high hopes a bit of nervousness and a to be honest a gut feeling No words will ever describe the work of art this woman created out of the remains of my locs no gratitude will ever be enough so I m just going to keep going back -shrug- I was not disappointed and I promise you will not be either I honestly don t know how Kelsey made this possible but while I was getting an entirely new hairstyle she took amazing care of my eyebrows I opted to have her pluck them and it was the least pain I had ever felt getting them done She did an amazing job with the arch and to be honest I don t how she got them to look so good but they look the best they ever have I will definitely be going back to her very soon I d like to add that the Ulta on Independence caters well to its clients
