"You ve got to patronize this company "

The products were great I had a little trouble with the largest tool and contacted customer service w my concerns The customer service for Uproot Clean is unheard of these days They are amazing Very quick response time and they ended up sending me the 2nd largest upright tool which works beautifully for me The best customer service experience ever

"Courteous and efficient customer service staff"

I bought the three in one deal with the mini the original and the extender Found that the mini and the carpet cleaning extender weren t a good fit for me Contacted customer service always got prompt and courteous responses from them They suggested ways that I could use the tools for the best possible outcome but it did not work for me and then they suggested a refund I ended up keeping the pro tool and they refunded the rest The whole process was seamless although it took time but the customer service responded to every email and always in a timely fashion

"Amazing tool effective and easy to use"

Ordering and shipping of the uproot clean tool was quick The product is amazing lifting cat hair from my rugs chair cushions apparel and cat trees my vacuum cleaner missed Great designed tool is easy and fun to use

"Partial shipment"

I had never heard of this company before but took the chance to order the special cleaning brushes because I have kitties in my home and fur is everywhere I received only one of several brushes today and was wondering where the others were There was a very quick response from Joselle with the information that I needed I have already used the brush that I received and it s PURRfect

"There was a fluke when I first placed "

There was a fluke when I first placed my order so I emailed the Uproot Team right away I was so impressed with how fast they responded I can honestly say I received a response and refund within 15 mins It s hard to find good customer service now a days and I can t tell you how good it feels to know if I have an issues I can confidently reach out and will receive a friendly solution in a better than timely manner I should be getting my product soon I ordered the Uproot Pro and will be keeping you all up to do date when I do So excited to give this a try

"Customer service kicks A "

Ok so first let me say I ve had horrible luck with the uproot ultra I some how keep breaking them right at the base where the head attaches to the handle It s happened twice now but customer service has been exceptional not only did they send me a new one the first time I broke it I had it less then 30 days but when I broke the replacement had it right at the 30 day mark they offered to replace it or exchange it for their new model the Xtra Hopefully I have better luck with this one Thanks Uproot

"Great customer service and product"

Although the post office is still in process with my returned item after a month Uproots customer service has been really quick to respond and very polite through the process so far Another plus the product works wonderfully I just ordered to many for the holiday

"The videos are TRUE It works SO well "

I bought the bundle with the mini the xtra and the ultra and just assembled the uproot clean xtra to try it on my rugs carpet and brand new couch that keeps pilling I think they recommend we use this with caution on woven fabrics You would not BELIEVE what came up from my carpet and rugs that are all vacuumed regularly with dyson vacuums The little pills came off of the couch and it looks and feels amazing now It was not only pet hair that came up but human hair dust etc The videos they post online are absolutely TRUE Customer for life over here after only 20 mins of using the product I was not paid for this review and I m just a regular mom in NC with a husband two teens and a pup

"Best experience with a company ever "

I put a small order together online but was slightly disappointed in the shipping cost and left to do other things before checking out I Received an email saying yay you qualify for free shipping - just click the link below to complete your order Well then for sure I m going to buy these But that link didn t work Responded to that email saying it doesn t work and got a very speedy response Impressive My order was 1 less than the minimum for free shipping but they honoured it anyway Whattt Absolutely amazing customer service Not only because of the waived shipping but also the quickness of their responses Ive already received an email for the shipping charge refund Wow can t wait to use the product I m betting it s just as good as the customer service
