Ordered a number of items that were out of stock which did not reflect on their website Customer service team has allowed me to modify the order for what they currently have and keeps assuring me that the order will be sent out within a day and received the same day but it has yet to be shipped and it s been a week since I purchased the product Customer service team has been nice but ultimately this really wasn t the best shopping experience A ton of mixed messages and not the best communication

"Unusually difficult navigation today "
The VitaSave website was difficult to navigate today I couldn t access my wish list which is how I usually speed up orders everything I usually order is on the wish list I searched for products I ve ordered for years one by one and was told they didn t exist even when I entered the exact names Promo ads obscured part of my screen making selections more difficult to see It s not usually so difficult What was different about today Easter Monday If I didn t rely on the product line good prices and fast shipping as much as I do I might have gotten frustrated and quit today

I have ordered a few items and was billed immediately However I only received 1 product I have emailed 2 times and have sent adam a new email today Can you please credit the amount My order number is 1230698 No response since April 1 Please advise

1 I didn t receive confirmation that the free St Francis 50 ml herb immune product had been added to my checkout invoice The amount of purchase was over 100 2 When Contact Us was selected to make this complaint a blue Mail page appeared with the message Choose the emaill from which you wish to send the message But there was no place on the page to choose type in the email address And it should have been automatic that the email address used to purchase the products would be the one from which I would be sending the message Both issues above were very confusing and disappointing long time customer

Advertised free shipping within Canada but at final order page only Paulie shipping was available Plus some other 5 cad appeared on the final bill after I placed the order Careful ordering from them

Extremely disappointed When I ordered this product in April 2021 - there was NO shipping charges This time there was an additional shipping charge of 5 95 Why - I have no idea

"Love their product and pricing but "
Love their product and pricing Have ordered several times but I find lately it is getting slower and slower to get a shipping confirmation First couple of times I received my product within days of ordering my last one took weeks and right now I am waiting for a shipping confirmation on an order I placed 5 days ago Something is going wrong here their site says Due to the high volume of orders with Canada Post we are experiencing unexpected shipping delays as if it s Canada Posts issue but it is not I am receiving other items through Canada Post as fast as they have always been delivered Not sure if they are understaffed or what but if they want to keep their existing clients this issue should be addressed promptly

"Misleading Sales Information alternate shippers "
On a couple of occasions now I have ordered products that have taken more than 1 or 2 months to arrive This is extremely frustrating because I received no feedback or updates on my delivery status and kept expecting the products imminently In all cases the products were NOT in stock with VitaSave nor was this indicated when I was ordering Worse not only were they not in stock but they were to be shipped from some other supplier and usually the shippers weren t even located in Canada In my mind this is not good enough As a significant purchaser of supplements I am attracted to VitaSave by their prices but not at the frustrating cost of time and lack of information I believe that the onus is on VitaSave to advise if they are out of stock and or if the alternate shipper is out of country BEFORE I place my order so that I can decide it I want to find an alternate more timely source of supply
