I lost access to my program when my computer had to be reimaged I promptly contacted Wondershare for assistance to get access to my program Within minutes I was contacted by email Had to email several times because I did not realize I could not remember which program i needed since I ve purchased others through the years

"My experience with Wondershare"
My experience with Wondershare was great so far They replied fast when I issued a ticket about problems I found in their software they fixed the problems pretty fast and they improve their software with each update I am using Filmora 12 perhaps the best video editing software for content creators like me I recommend Filmora to anyone who wants to use a friendly interface to edit their videos
