Outstanding Help team Their online service gave me comprehensive answers to my questions in well under 2 hours But they also have people you can speak with on the phone which is amazing Today I needed phone support and Caitlin from the UK office called me She was careful patient and accurate and the problem was completely solved Thanks to Caitlin and Xero this kind of support is a powerful reason for buying Xero

I had a major issue with several VAT Returns Rachel called me and went through the whole process and even did some troubleshooting with me She is an absolute angel I cant fault the help that Xero Support has given me in resolving the issues I was having I do find that speaking with someone is always better
