The shipment was large and entailed much cutting of cardboard and other materials but it did protect my item in perfect unblemished condition I am very very pleased with the style and looks of my vanity and the many places to store cosmetics and jewelry ie drawers lids to lift over hidden compartments The looks of my vanity and its functions have brought many compliments and some surprise at the depth of the spaces within it I am exceptionally pleased with it every time I pull out the seat and retrieve jewelry or sit to use the mirror and cosmetics stored within thank you for a great experience

Best customer service Katherine helped me get my package directed to the correct address after I fumbled the ball I thought I would have to send several emails or worse deliver the gift myself after failing to write the correct delivery address One email I was connected with Katherine and within minutes and the problem was solved To reassure me she even sent me proof that the error was rectified I recommend Easyplant

Ordered for delivery on Thursday received notice they couldn t deliver until Friday Advised I needed it delivered on Thursday since this was the only day she was home The wreath was delivered on Thursday and it was beautiful
