"Do not use for securities"
Let me know that examfx is ok for insurance licensing this review is solely for securities I tried to use it for my series 65 and I wasted so much time It s a terrible program with long blocks of text in tiny fonts that explains things poorly It doesnt cover everything you need to know It has inadequate quizzes on large swaths of material I thought I was incapable of passing the test Contrast this with Pass Perfect which I finally broke down and bought Frequent quizzes simple explanations well written material lots of white space I immediately understood the material I tried to get a refund from exam fx but they wouldn t give it to me despite the fact that apparently they recognized they re failing in this space and have recently partnered with another company to redo their securities

I have spent the past two weeks studying and taking the quizzes I obtained high scores of 90- 100 on my quizzes and my practice exam that I took 4 times When I took the readiness exam there were questions and topics that were never mentioned in the training materials or the practice exam I have not taken my state test yet but I definitely do not feel prepared after taking the readiness exam knowing that 50 of the material was not covered in the quizzes or training

"Should maybe have customer service business hours 7 days a week"
Great content well organized useful resources Taking an exam on Monday morning expecting to be able to do a lot of reviewing studying over the weekend I log in on Saturday and complete a few practice quizzes and notice some lag delay while doing so I get logged out to an error message and am unable to log back in Business hours are Saturday-2pm and closed on Sunday so very unlikely I ll be able to log back in and study any more before my exam Very disappointed

"The book is too wordy"
The book is too wordy They could honestly cut it in half by telling you what policies are covered vs all the stuff that is not covered The videos are half way decent The gentleman in the videos stumbles on his words a lot and it s distracting They could have easily edited their videos better

"Not the same information as the state exam "
The exam material was only relevant to my job because I have a personal lines license so I know certain information through my job but Examfx materials was not relevant to what was actually on the state exam

If you re going to use this place for CE be sure to get it done far ahead of your license expiration date I am STILL waiting for my certificates to be sent to NIPR Three of the seven exams i did didn t finish correctly so then i had to send in paperwork attesting to these three exams I was told on Friday morning that everything would be sent in on Monday WRONG Now i m told it ll be tomorrow Wednesday And good luck getting a supervisor she transferred me and I got a voice mail box I will go back to WebCE next time around

"I am very disappointed in the Exam FX "
I am very disappointed in the Exam FX course on Ethics Practices I have a Masters Degree but was simply unable to pass the certificate exam The case studies were confounding and the questions on the exam did not reflect the training material I wasted far too much time trying to pass this course in light of the lines of insurance I sell

No 24 7 support means that a technical issue with logging in on an evening on a Saturday and there goes two days you could be using to study until someone on Monday morning comes in to get your stuff together Seriously given that it s online testing and particularly suited for weekend and evening study not having a helpline be available for these late night and weekend issues is just poor planning

ExamFX has good content but unless you are getting a discount code from a company you are contracted with I would look at a different content provider I used the site before and after they became ExamFX and at the time of transition everything was great but now customer service has gone down hill They will tell you thing and then nest week tell you didn t happen and they cant help you Also I was refused to access to a manager
