"HORRIBLE service to the point of theft okay products"
The products are good but the customer service is so horrible to the point of actual theft Once a monthly order was not delivered but I thought maybe it was my mistake somehow and I didn t investigate The second time this happened within a few months I did investigate and the shipping company told me it was returned to sender despite months of delivering to the same address HolistaPet provided no notification of any error at any point and didn t respond to emails or calls So now they have the product I bought and my money I m not sure what that is if not theft Additionally the online interface has always been glitchy and a pain to deal with The products seemed alright but definitely not worth the hassle at this point

My order was sent to an address in the wrong state I tried several ways to contact the company emails phone calls online chat and not once did I receive even an acknowledgement of my concerns Then after I left a voicemail saying I wanted a refund because I never received my order I finally received an email saying the order would be sent out again Only after I contacted several times over a couple of weeks Not satisfied with your customer support

Ordered soft and hard chews on 6 14 Order delivered on 6 25 but I received 2 hard chews and no soft chews Sent an email to support but keep getting a form response not applicable to me I tried calling but have been on hold for 30 minutes Will never order from them again Terrible customer service response

"Order never received and customer service not helpful "
Order never received and carrier didnt even receive the item Its now 6 days past the last day of the delivery window I contacted customer support and jaye was no help now saying to wait until the 16 when there has been no updates in tracking since Dec 1 It s december 15 This long and the item is shipping from the same state that I live This is the second time I had an issue with their customer service since they updated their systems The old Holistapet was much better

Offered the CBD treats to my cat - uninterested Placed them outside and watched two feral cats also disregard them I suggest teaming up with Temptations to fine-tune the flavor profile of your product to make it more appealing to cats

"My cat wouldn t touch the salmon cbd "
My cat wouldn t touch the salmon cbd chews and she normally loves all treats even the cbd can chews i get for her at the pet store for her Hyperethesia When I alerted customer service so I could stsrt the refund return process I didn t hear back from for four days despite their 24-48 hr policy and I m still waiting to hear back The cbd capsules for cats aren t bad but their customer service is lacking and i can t speak on any of their other products being effective in my experience

You have a wonderful product customer service is awful I ve been ordering for awhile now my most recent call experience the customer service rep was argumentative My dog loves your cbd and it does relax him I m not sure what I will do now because of my last experience

"The gel caps are really bad"
I don t know if you guys switched to a different kinds of gel capsules but they break down immediately after they get wet and are getting stuck in the back of my cat s throat I ve been using these pills for a long time and it s only been in the last I don t know 3 or 4 months maybe that this has been happening She s having a very difficult time swallowing them and usually will gag if I don t shoot the pills down her throat without them touching the roof of her mouth or her esophagus Some times she throws them up because they get stuck I can t use the oil because she won t let me drop the liquid into her mouth and she got oil build up around her mouth so much so that it clogged up her skin and half her whiskers on the side of her mouth stopped growing I some times have to give her kibble just so it can push the pill down and she ll stop hard swallowing over and over Otherwise the CBD itself is immensely helpful with keeping the swelling down in her intestines

"Cat won t eat them "
Unfortunately my cat won t eat them He is a big boy so he his serving size is 5 of the treats so I have to mush them up and add them to wet food or cat gravy or something and then I do see a difference in him and being nice and calm but it s a pain that he won t just eat them

The products are great but customer service is nonexistent They don t send the correct percentage off for their promo codes They will offer 25 off and give you 20 Billing is a nightmare and no one EVER responds to you
