The book is great Giving it 4 coz the pages were stuck together and when I had to turn the page it lifted the colors and ripped part of page Also the message in the font was not printed

These books are adorable The shades for my grandkids came out darker than i chose but i know sometimes color can be different depending on screens and monitor Overall i am very happy with the books though

"Great product bad mobile experience"
I haven t received the product yet but so far things look great The only problem I had is with the website I entered everything in and that took a minute then added it to the cart When I went to pay it was gone and I had to start all over Other than that it was great I d definitely recommend making the website more mobile friendly though it was very difficult to navigate and zoom in out constantly

I absolutely love the book We lost our dog our first baby a week after our son was born I cried making this book for our son to have for many years to read stories and adventures they never had the chance to do The only thing I wish I could ve customized is the age of the child

Creating the book and people for the book is easy and wonderful However I believe some work needs to be done in the section where you put a personal message On several attempts as I was typing the screen would refresh itself and I would lose all the work I just did and I would have to restart I m doing this on an iPhone so I m not sure if that has something to do with it But I wanted to let you all know about that little issue I kept having Thank you

The experience would have been 5 star if you guys would consider that not every customer is going to buy 2 of the same thing for a set of twins And when I listed their names with and in between you guys kept asking if I didn t need to make sure I really wanted to do that

The experience on the website was good but just when I was trying to buy by computer When I tried to make my personalized book on my phone several buttons like the cart one weren t working to continue with payment and I lost a lot of time with this thinking was my internet or something else

What make this experience great is the process was fast and easy I wanted to get this for my mom because this seemed really special The process wasn t a problem or anything It s just that I had to keep doing my book over because it didn t save I m on safari because I don t have the app If there is an app But everything else is good

"LOVE but lacks in character customization "
I bought my husband a daddy and daughter book 3 years ago The quality is amazing I took off one star because I feel like the character customization is lacking I ordered another book this time for my SIL but it was hard to get the features right The styles are the same for kids and adults It s kind of ridiculous Please add more options to customize the characters
