1 When I called customer service I got a human being instead an annoying series of robot messages telling me to click this or that button 2 The human being D spoke a clear English and was actually interested in being helpful 3 When I explained my issue D gave me a helpful suggestion 4 I had another problem called back and D went above and beyond to solve my problem Very pleased with Jomashop and customer support
