"a skeptical customer"

I was really skeptical about purchasing from this site but I recently purchased two watches from Jomashop The first one arrived without any protective plastic on the face or back -1 I was instantly worried but after close inspection there were no scratches or damage so I was ok with it The watch is beautiful and the price was unbeatable I just received my second watch today and it was perfect It came with all of the original protective film and tags Probably doesn t matter either way The bottom line is both watches are authentic and the prices can t be beat I am completely satisfied with my purchases and will buy from them again This is just one skeptical customers story I hope this helps someone else with their decision to purchase or not

"Nice experience Impossible to unsubscribe from newsletter Bombarded with ads in email "

My order was shipped in 2 working days and the experience was nice The unsubscribe button in their newsletter does not work and they send at least 3 promotion emails per day you lost a star This might be a temporary technical issue but man leave me alone please

"Customer Service can be delayed"

I was sent a wrong watch by customer service and it s okay mistakes happen But when I had a watch to return I got covid and could not ship it out in time Jomashop refused to assist me with returning the watch The manager even refused to speak with me which I ve never heard of How abhorrent and rude must you be to even tell someone post covid that you won t even listen to their concerns or plight for 2 minutes or consider it Later on 11 30 2023 I was given a call back by a lovely person named Dee who assisted me in being able to return the watch I was unable to I would have rated the customer service a 5 but the initial issues made it lose a star Just make sure you return timely with jomashop com so you don t have any issues

This is my second watch I ve purchased from Jomoshop and I m pleased with both products and I wil continue to purchase products from them I like the idea of buying a trusted brand at a cheaper price My only issue is the lack of a warranty from that brand Yes I do get a warranty from Jomoshop which is great but it s something that brothers me a little

"Packaged well"

Everything from my order was packaged well and delivered One item delivered separate but took more time to be delivered just wish I was given an informed update rather than be clueless and had to reach out about that final product
