I was really looking forward to trying this Magnesium but after taking it for nearly a week I ve had to stop as I was having stomach cramps It did say on the label that people with a sensitive tummy might suffer with cramps but I only read this after I started using them and hadn t read this anywhere else such a pity really

I m almost finished my 60 tablets bottle for Hair and Energy I can honestly say I am pretty happy with the results so far Although my hair has maybe only grown few inches I have a million of new hairs which is amazing I had few light boldish patches and I can definitely see my hair is becoming more full I have purchased these from boots Ireland as it was cheaper than from the website as there are extra taxes I have already bought my second 60 tablet bottle
