"Not happy "
They took forever to ship my order until I reached out and then said it would be there by the end of the week and it wasn t it wasn t there until Monday so I missed giving it as a gift as I planned On top of that out of the 10 polishes that I ordered 4 were out of stock despite showing as in stock on the site When I gave several alternatives they were also out of stock Also the polishes were not in the boxes they were just on their own so I m not sure if they were legit or if they were expired as there was no way to tell Reply to seller If the bottles are not boxed because you have them on display in your shop then wouldn t you know if a color had been deleted or was no longer in stock Fortunately I was able to find the remaining or a suitable substitute on Amazon

It is very hard in the jar I don t know if it s old or that s the way it s supposed to be My hairdresser uses Lima products and she says she puts a forming paste on my hair when she is done I have to scrape mine out with a knife

I ve been ordering from Pandora Beauty for many years The price of the Scruples Smooth cream has gone up consideerable Also I bought Olaplex shampoo and conditioner which I thought was very expensive I checked at a local beauty supply place and the cost was about 7 cheaper for each item

I was disappointed that the items I ordered were not available The website indicated you had the products but then when I received the package I was advised that I would be getting a Paypal refund I was really hoping for these items because they were a gift for my sister-in-law Now I will be disappointing her on Mother s Day since I was unable to get the items she really wanted

Shipping took forever I got no notification from Pandora Beauty that my items would be delayed I had to call twice and then they filled me in that there would be a delay If they didn t have the item in stock I should ve been notified immediately I may have chosen to order it from somewhere else because I needed it more quickly
