"Why the hype "
I didn t understand what the hype is all about I ve used the whole pot of product and haven t seen any results despite the amazing transformations I bought into on social media I still get a lot of push marketing from Sand and Sky and I m really confused as to why the reviews transformations are so amazing It s very expensive for a small amount of product I was surprised how little there is and the effects are minimal I personally would not recommend

"Terrible products and service"
Terrible products and service The serum mede my clear and balanced skin extremely greasy and to break out in deep painful spots that took weeks to recover from I left negative feedback which was not published the CS team advised that my skin was getting greasy because it was too dry and that getting spots is normal I complained that my review was not published and they claimed that they had no record of it and told me to submit another one which they also refused to publish I wish I had looked at the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering Don t waste your money on trashing your skin with these products

"Don t buy into their audacious marketing claims"
I don t know why there are so many positive reviews It makes it seem like the mask works for everyone whereas on their instagram ads the comments are mostly negative This company makes ridiculous implications like the mask will shrink your pores It won t They also post photos of celebrities on their page Are they implying these celebrities use sandandsky They aren t I somehow bought into this and tried the mask for myself Low and behold it did nothing for my skin that a normal clay mask couldn t do Not worth the money Don t be a sheep like me falling prey to their ostentatious marketing

"How shameful when a large respectable "
How shameful when a large respectable company like Sand Sky miss represent themselves by putting a promotion on a product but do not hold up their end then to email me to inform me they no longer have any of the promotion product convenient I do have photography evidence of this shameful behaviour Please be careful Sand Sky customers out there

"CLAIM ANYONE WHO TRIES TO RESELL AN ITEM IS A FRAUD"
Absolutely gross company Don t try and resell anything you might end up with too many of from a beauty box or can t use yourself - They have a habit of reporting anyone one eBay as selling counterfeit products without even trying to check if that is true Imagine thinking a handful of small eBay listings are a huge threat to your global brand How about trying to contact people first instead of accusing individual EX customers of committing fraud just because you are too lazy to authenticate Making baseless claims about counterfeit items because you can get away with it is not a good look Myself and several other sellers and small businesses that have had this same experience with you recently have vowed we will all make clear to our customers what bully s you are Still losing all those customers is definitely worth it for the benefit of cancelling a few people s auctions just because you can right

"Avoid this product"
Saw all the hype online and thought I would give it a try and I m extremely disappointed I not only feel like it was a complete waste of money and didn t make any improvements to my skin it has actually brought me out in a horrible spotty rash across my face and around my eyes I have seen a doctor and been given cream and a course of antiobotics but I have been advised it won t be a quick fix and will take a while to go completely So I m now out of pocket I have swollen itchy sore skin over my face and eyes and I m now even more self conscious about what I look like so thank you

"I ordered this 10 days ago and I am not "
I ordered this 10 days ago and I am not able to track where the order is as it still has not been shipped I have contacted Customer services and no reply I sent a message through messenger on Facebook and they told me someone would reply in a few minutes it s been several hours now I have now resorted to writing to all the UK stockists to inform them not to stock this product I am also writing to the Aussie equivalent of consumer regulator Such a con should be closed down I can t even cancel my order and get my money back as no-one is responding

"I just received my sand and sky jar "
I just received my sand and sky jar last week tried it for the first time it felt awesome but then a day or 2 after I began to notice really nasty chemical burns on my cheeks very painful Tried it one more time 2 days ago and the pain from the chemical burn on my cheeks are unbearable This is very disappointing for me since this is the first time I actually invested in a mask never needed to do it before never had acne or anything was just looking for some good moisturizing products for my face Should ve left well enough alone Worst experience ever Does anyone know how to ease the pain from chemical burns Wish I could upload a picture of my face

"Lying for survey responses"
As per the previous bad complaints I too was offered to fill in a survey to claim a free mask which the company later reneged on They initially claimed that the survey was for existing customers which I am then they claimed that it was for targeted specific customers only and for me to prove that I received their email by which I sent them a screenshot of the communication then they say that their product is out of stock Yet are still selling it on their website Completely dishonest marketing and no respect for customer I will never shop with them again
