This was not delivered to the proper address I have no idea where it went I called the customer service on October 31 and they shipped me a new one from Texas this was only my 3rd purchase First one fire opal ring I got now problem they add d some jewelry bags that never came they were around 15 then the Santa Maria aquamarine and I explained that as far as I m concerned I d like the 15 credited back to my account I m moving next week and I hope if I choose to purchase from you in the future you ll be able to deliver properly Like the quality of your products so far and I d love to continue as one of your clients I have quite a bit of gem jewelry collected over the last 35 years and I d hate to discontinue because of 2 if 3 orders going bad Leslie schoenherr11 2 23

I didn t receive the elephant necklaces in the color I ordered I wanted the white diamond like color stone and I received the rose tone instead But it is more trouble to ship back so I just kept the rose tone but it wasn t what I wanted

The shipping costs when buying multiple items is ridiculous All my items came in one package but I had to pay individual shipping on each one It also takes too long to get the items JTV is so much faster and you can t beat Amazon or even Walmart for super fast shipping

The silver earrings for 19 are very very thin and can easily bend While the inside and out sparkle is simply gorgeous these earrings would be soooo much better made if they were sturdier Regarding the incense burner we ll made and lemongrass diffuser lovely scent but not crazy about the incense sticks as they don t give off any scent but smoke fume The peds are excellent for the price as well made with anti slips on bottom too
