AVOID WORST SCAMMERS EVER

If I could give this terrible company zero stars I would First of all they pretend to be in the UK but they are in France Secondly they sent me half of my order which came damaged which they refuse to replace and refuse to send the other half They printed a postage label for replacement of other half of the order to make it look like they sent it but they never dropped it at the post office They refuse to give a refund or even reply to emails I have reported them to my credit card provider for reversal of funds AVOID These guys are terrible scamming thieves

Would have left no stars if I could Ordered a carrera slot car set on 28 11 22 Never received a confirmation email so was a bit nervous but checked on the website and my order was there and being processed Should have been here before today so logged back on to check - order cancelled as product unavailable Not had any kind of communication to say it was cancelled I wouldn t have known if I hadn t logged on This was to be a Christmas present hopefully there is still time for the replacement I have ordered with a different company to arrive

Do not ever buy or preorder anything from this shop I pre ordered figure in june and it was supposed to be in august but they changed the date to march nex year so I wrote to them to cancel my order and refund me and they sent a message completely on different topic I wrote to them that I want my money back and if not I am going to my bank and take legal action and I will do it if I will not see my money Here is my order number maybe here someone will answer from the shop Order number 7V0PWR5OJ

Beware this is a fake website and you will not get your products Date of delivery keep reschedule and never deliver Customer support will tell you must wait and wait forever no option to opt out So disappointed

Items are not described as they are They will refuse to cancel orders I attempted before the order was accepted Refunds take up to 30 days after they get the item back Avoid at all costs I m reporting 1001hobbies to trading standards They claim orders have been dispatched to carrier however it is still with them due to no tracking information for up to 2 days This company just falls short of a straight up scam

Bad experience

Bad experience It was only place I could find Tamiya Acrylic Retarder so I ordered 2 and a couple of other items Delivery of the order was delayed for a couple of weeks I had to chase several times and eventually the box turned up When the box arrived my items were covered in the contents of a shattered primer jar Bearing in mind these were coming from France to the U K you would think they would be packaged in a way to prevent breakages Wrong 5 jars of liquids in a cardboard box with a single piece of packaging paper to protect them They weren t wrapped or taped up or protect in anyway to prevent them breaking The fact postage was 7 was laughable I raised a complaint and the response has been terrible so far I m still waiting for a refund for the primer and postage No apologies either
