I deposited R50 on 1 June 2024 which didn t reflect on my 10bet acount I proceeded to deposit another R50 3min later same payment method but this Time it reflected I sent them a proof of payment on there online chat They then said that they will escalate it Waisted 1 day waiting for there escalation Phoned them then they promised me that the problem will be sorted out that same day Then I had to ask them again They escalated again they phoned me asking me to send a bank statement which reflects the transaction which I did then they escalated it again It s the 4 if June 2024 and I am still waiting for them to credit my account Now they told me that thid will only happen after 5 working days This is not about the R50 it s about a business which clearly doesn t focus on customers service and only focuses on Money and profit I don t recommend this casino which has incomplete disregard for their customers or there customers time It s R50 what s going to happen if you win R1000 R10000 R100000 etc They won t pay out Or you will end up frustrated angry and disappointed because once again the consumer is wronged The casino experience shouldn t be frustrating it shouldn t make you angry The casino experience should be fun and form of escape This casino and companies like it should be fined for wronging the consumer I don t understand how a company who relies solely on the consumer for its survival can treat there biggest asset like this It s unexceptable Get your priorities right Treat your consumers right and I promise you the sky will be your limit

Do not bother Have used online casino s in South Africa for over 4 years There is no doubt in my mind that 10bet s RTP is lower than the rest You will go 4 -5 weeks without spinning in features When you finally get a feature you will win between 2 and 10X

Annoyed and disappointed with 10Bet
I created a new account with 10Bet and than I deposited R149 into my account which lead me to receiving a sign up bonus I played slots and used my bonus to get about 600 and something rands in game bonus I called in and I spoke to Mduduzi a useless call centre agent and I later called in to be assisted by someone that was polite and knows what their job entails The lady was able to describe that apparently my deposit was cancelled and that she ll escalate the matter But I still have not heard from 10bet I m honestly disappointed But apparently I cancelled my deposit which I did not And why in my right mind would I cancel R600s worth of game bonus I m so annoyed and honestly would not recommend using this business
