Misleading website

Recently I bought an item that was marked as low in stock so it WAS in stock After payment I received an email stating that it was NOT in stock and would only be delivered in a month I sent an email back in which I wanted to cancel my order to which they did NOT respond at all and still let the order go through If I look at the reviews here that is common practice for this company

Ordered an item that has limited supply on january 7th 3 days later still no track trace number I emailed them 3 times no response at all my payement has gone through and now i am on the phone waiting for over an hour to get someone on the line

Don t buy from amateurs

The product was delivered with a scratch on the glass In addition it stopped working after a few days They do not respond to emails so I have not received a response yet I once had problems with their printer inks The website is unintuitive and does not provide real delivery times This store is probably run by some amateur in a basement I do not recommend EDIT Unfortunately I didn t get any email on January 28 It s not possible because I sent them an email 29 which only shows the professionalism of this store There is no spam either I didn t get an email about returning the product either The lie lies lies

Better off buying from Elegoo

The white Jupiter 1 75mm PLA is alright other colors print awful and do not adhere to the bed at all also incredibly overpriced better off buying from Elegoo for a fraction of the cost while having better quality

Not delivered in time

Pretty disappointed since my experience with 123 overall is great Don t advertise with delivery time if you can t make it come through And no this is not the fault of the shipping company I ordered on Saturday around 4pm and it was only ready for shipment on Monday also the promised delivery date Only ordered here because I needed te part quickly delivery was about have of what I payed I l probably order on Amazon or Bol com next time

Misleading Stock Information and Delivery PromisesI ve placed two separate orders with 123-3D nl and both times I ve been disappointed Their website clearly stated that the products were in stock and promised next-day delivery Unfortunately this promise was not kept on either occasion It s frustrating to plan around expected delivery times only to be let down repeatedly If an item isn t truly available or cannot be delivered the next day the website should clearly indicate this While their product range seems good the unreliable delivery and misleading stock information have left me dissatisfied I hope they improve their communication and service in the future

No next day delivery as promised

Consistently 4 orders during the last 3 months not able to meet their next day delivery claim Moving to a smaller local supplier who doesn t mislead you on their website
