Amazing service Rob was very knowledgeable and really helped us Paul who fitted the flooring done a excellent job and would highly recommend He was a great guy too We love our new floor and won t hesitate to use 123 flooring again

By far the best quality carpet I ve ever had I chose the Gemini range - Galaxy Grey for main bedroom It looks amazing Beautiful colour - a light grey mink tone Very soft to walk on The fitter was very professional and outstanding service

Amtico floor laid in our Kitchen conservatory

We had a new Amtico floor laid in our Kitchen and conservatory The job involved removing the old floor and laying a new Amtico floor 123floor were polite efficient and did a great job and the new floor looks fantastic The price was also competitive I would definitely recommend 123floor to anyone

I was so impressed with everything

We ve had bedroom and stair carpets and stair runners so far from 123Floor The carpets are great quality and they helped us choose the right ones which was extremely helpful Their guidance on matching colours and wear and price was invaluable The fitters who came were friendly and professional We re really happy with everything from 123Floor They also came and patched up some pieces that we needed after we d had some door frames enlarged - the patches are so good you hardly notice where they are I was so impressed with everything Thanks

Fantastic service

Fantastic service from all the team They have replaced our hall landing and stairs and bedroom carpets in the last 18 months They offer a really great range of carpets at competitive prices and are very trustworthy I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them

Excellent service

I was so impressed with the service of this company that I give it 5 stars The fitter Ricky Shane worked in the hottest days of July with no complaint and did an excellent job Communication was always followed up by the shop and nothing seemed to be too much trouble Thank you very much Mrs S M M Hagger

Would definitely recommend

A slight hiccup over a delay resulting from not allowing enough time for a screed over quarry tiles to dry off but all good now I ve used these guys 3 times now and would definitely recommend them
