I chose 1-800-Flowers because I live in Canada but my mother-in-law lives in Massachusetts I trust that they ll deliver her gift on time and I can shop easily and use my Canadian bank card Other sites are not so user friendly when shopping from another country

I placed an order orginall jan 17 to be delivered on jan 19 Never delivered i called given a reason which was not true tried TWICE MORE WITH RE IRDERS STILL NEVER DELIVERED No call explaining why I HAD TO CALL THEM ON HOLD FOR 30 minutes Never use 1800 flowers my experience was beyond bad Not once was i contacted about not being able to deliver what was supposed to be a surprize the tracking process never worked TOTAL DISASTER DISAPPOINTMENT Need a total revamp of your tracking system revamphow you DO NOT CALL WHEN DELIVERY IS NOT DONE Order numbers was W006167911 replacement order 232071342

Easy to find what I wanted in my price range Only disappointment was that the candy cane container that was pictured was not what was offered for the Christmas cactus I decided to purchase but would have preferred the candy cane container
