I was doubtful if this website was legit or if it s a scam I think ticket exchange websites often have a dodgy reputation I wanted tickets to a sold out football match Champions League that I really wanted to see but could not otherwise get a ticket for 1boxoffice had plenty to choose from People go on here and resell their tickets for a higher price I picked the cheapest available ticket and checked out 1boxoffice does add a hefty fee for themselves However when the day of the match comes they do deliver good service you get the ticket delivered on time they are in touch with you well in advance for any additional information required shipping details or ID details for the ticket transfer and even give you guidance on what to do on matchday plus an emergency whatsapp contact in case something goes wrong on the day Nothing did go wrong on the day and I got to my seat smoothly I enjoyed my day but I had to spend more than double for the ticket than what I would have to spend for it on the usual way club s ticket ballot Anyways I knew that and thought it was worth it for a sold out match that was highly sought after

I was very hesitant not buying direct from the club but as this is impossible in the football world I discovered I hesitantly booked Since our first match in September we have attended 5 matches Service has been prompt and customer services informative and helpful with questions Your e-tickets don t arrive until the last couple of days but the process is efficient We even got upgraded on one occasion ticket prices vary but a very trusted website to buy tickets with confidence This is now my go to site for all my tickets

Purchased Arsenal tickets which where way above the original price as they where sold out and I was not a member I got them on the day as per the listing notes match day delivery and everything worked fine Would use again

We arrived earlier to the match to be sure there would be no problem with the tickets When we tried to pass the QR code it said ticket cancelled We contacted the site by Whatsapp they answered by text pretty quickly and found us other replacement who where much better than the first one For free And the game was awesome The guy was really nice and patient I highly recommand them

Great experience
I booked two tickets for the Champions League semi-final in Madrid on the 8th of May 2024 Real Madrid vs Bayern in Madrid I traveled with my son without knowing if I will get the tickets or not and was scared honestly I got the e-tickets on the same day around noon entered the stadium and not sure that the QR code will pass honestly BUT all went well without any issue Great experience We have lived a super remontada and an amazing evening at the Santiago Bernab u The price is super expensive seeing the real price of the ticket but other than that all went as promised Thank you 1BoxOffice
