I have spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to cancel my subscription with this company I couldn t understand the people talking to me - it was difficult But they took a lot of my personal information and it made me feel very uncomfortable and they never did get any information that the subscription cancellation because was complete and the call kept dropping

Poor Customer Service Product
After cancelling my subscription they 1MD sent me products and charged my CC I returned the product as they 1MD provided the shipping label I received no refund filed a dispute with CC and it s still dragging out I have proof product was delivered back to them Now 1MD is telling me drop the dispute with the CC or they won t refund Product wasn t all it was claimed anyway my bone scan was worse after taking their product Not impressed with their lack of customer service I do NOT recommend them at all We are in month 5 of me trying to get over 200 refunded back to me Today is 13 May 2023

Symptoms and fine print
I had bought a 30 day supply of the beet heart healthy formula After using it a week I got terrible gas bloating cramps and diarrhea I should have read the fine print where it can cause these symptoms But when I called to make the return they said it had to be in its original packaging Even though they have all my information and what I had bought and I would ve sent the product back just in different packaging But the bag they sent it in was very inconvenient to scoop powder out of so I put the product in a glass colander Advice to anyone buying this product 1 save the packaging and 2 read all the fine print and possible symptoms before purchasing Another word of advice don t go buying a whole years supply before testing the product I have read other reviews where people have done that and not gotten their money back

This company is the worst
This company is the worst You can t get ahold of anyone to cancel your monthly order I tried the Liver Cleanse that did nothing according to 2 CT scans in 6 months I postponed my last order and they sent it anyway You can t return it without talking to them but they don s answer the phone I have called and called and been on hold and hour and still no one answers Once I did get ahold of a representative they send they would send me a return label but never got one Without pre-authorization they won t refund your money Company is a big scam

Ordered product 15 days ago and it is still in limbo Tried to find out why it was not sent as described promised via DHL and got some lame excuse about DHL and USPS working together They take no responsibility for the fact it has not arrived but they have taken my money Seems like BS Waited 50 minutes on hold yesterday trying to talk to anyone about my order During that wait I decided to cancel my subscription They were very rude about it No apologies no offer to refund part of the money not able to even figure out where my order is or whether it is indefinitely lost Seems like a really poorly run entity I would highly recommend just about anyone else

They make canceling the subscription a much more difficult waiting on hold process than the more professional companies that put a cancel subscription link right on the page Canceled by email 7 days before shipment and it still shipped

Very bad management
They don t have the option to cancel the order once you place it unless you call them or maybe email them within 24 hours of placing the order Good luck trying to reach out to their customer service I waited for an hour and a half then it hung up I called again waited maybe 50 minutes or so and finally was able to speak to the customer service representative Moreover they do take a while to reply via email On their website as of April 12 2020 it shows their operating hours for Sunday However they don t work on Sunday

Horrible - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I had a choice I would give this company 0 stars rather than one They take your order and double it send you two exact amount bills which they charge to your charge card and then you have to go through the whole process of disputing the second charge THEN several months later they send you two bills once again higher than the first ones when you ve already asked them to cancel any membership or subscription you have with them even though you ve told them several times that you DON T want and more of this stuff and cancel everything Then they don t answer your emails and put you on hold on the phone if you call until you can t wait any more Horrible customer service Actually NO customer service

THIS COMPANY S PRODUCTS DO NOT WORKInitially contacted 1MD Nutrition in late 2022 I ordered a supplement from them because they indicated a Full Refund if not satisfied and had a toll free customer support phone This company has a VERY DECEITFUL check out system where you are enrolled on a Month Subscription refill I received 2 orders in less than 30 days with this AutoRefill program The 3rd shipment showed up 20 days later I REFUSED SHIPMENT WITH USPS IT WAS RETURNED TO 1MD NUTRITION WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THEY RECEIVED IT ON 1 20 2023 TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCT I have contacted their support team they are non responsive WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS WON T REPLY TO EMAILS I Would highly recommend NOT doing business with this group I finally received a refund BUT only after I continually harassed them and wrote the TRUST PILOT report
