I ve reported them to the district attorney
Yesterday I received a bottle of BreatheMD which I never ordered from 1MD Nutrition whch I d never heard of My credit card company declined multiple charges four or five---I don t remember exactly of 40 94 to 1MD Nutrition over a one-week period Basically the same experience was reported in a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau on Dec 1 2023 The company s response then said this was a fraudulent order that was placed using the customers information Really Why would independent fraudsters be targeting the same company so often And why would they be sending 1MD products to the actual cardholders From my own experience and the reports here and on the BBB website it is clear that these people are crooks They re apparently located in Sherman Oaks CA so I have reported them to the Los Angeles County district attorney DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Update after reading 1MD s reply My credit card company declined all of the attempted charges itself so I don t need any refund and will simply be throwing away the product BTW the company s rating with the Better Business Bureau has gone from NR not rated to F Nuff said

How do I cancel my subscription The check out experience did not give me time to review the process and suddenly I was subscribed for 3 months An email notification the next day informed me that the product had been shipped I cannot afford this product and wish to cancel my subscription The package with the first installment arrived today

Where did it say aut-ship
I didn t know I was signed up for an automatic renewal All the auto-ships I have send a reminder well in advance of the ship date This is not the case with 1MD I tried to cancel the subscription and stop the shipment but it shipped anyway After spending 20 minutes on hold I did reach a rep who was very pleasant I am now waiting for an email with my detailed instructions on how to return the product I was informed it may take up to 21 days for a refund Also I saw no improvement by taking this product Stay tuned I ll be marking my calendar to make sure I get a timely ha ha refund

Not a good company to deal with
I ordered the cholesterol tabs once Did not want a continuing refill This company keeps sending me unwanted product Canceled once and they continue to ship and bill me They have you on hold for such a long time I hung up after 25 minutes I really don t think they ever answer If billed again I will take legal action

I ordered a 1 time order
I ordered a 1 time order not a subscription never use this option and did used the product Did not see any benefit from the product and was surprised to be charged and sent another supply 100 worth Much trouble to cancel the subscription sent back the box with their return authorization number on it and they said never got it OF COURSE Do not recommend this company at all I am a recent widow and sure could use the 100 taken from me without my authorization

I ordered 3 mo suppy of Krill oil and got a conformation email When order shipped I got a tracking number and oh goody they added a 100 00 joint supplement I didn t order It was a 15 minute wait on hold to get a return RMA for the unwanted product When I asked about the unwanted addition they said additional items pop up after making order if you want to add on to original order I must of accidentally ordered I didn t get a confirmation email for that if I actually did baloney I now have to pay shipping for this return

I didnt see the results after 90 days
I didnt see the results after 90 days so I tried to stop the renewal Similar to the posted reviews hard to cancel Called twice and didn t wait long enough to get through Emailed customer support multiple times to cancel before they posted the next ship date but they ignored my emails and shipped anyways They obviously want our money Disputing the renewal charge with my ccd now and they are still not giving up

Very Disappointed
I odered before from them and I never opted for the automatic refill This time I ordered and I was put in the automatic refill I called and asked to discontinue the automatic ordering and I was helped however the next day they had gone into my account AGAIN after I cancelled the first automatic order this is unacceptable and I will NEVER order or recommend them I am also going to report them to the BBB and a Consumer group AARP Also when you call them you are on hold way TOO LONG for a business

This company is impossible to reach
This company is impossible to reach They require a call or email to cancel a subscription However after being on hold for a very long time the call disconnects and three emails have gone unanswered So my only recourse is to start the process of disputing through my banking institution
