No matter what mood I go into a class I always come out feeling great Really motivating instructors fab music great facilities

There is nothing like a 1Rebel Reshape

My all time favourite gym Not for the faint hearted the classes properly challenged me and my fitness just went to the next level I d never done boxing before but the Rumble instructors were super helpful making it the perfect balance of informative and hard work Reshape pushes me like no other class Love all the extras you get in the changing room too- everything is spotlessly clean and you have access to GHDs and all those little toiletries you may have forgotten My only negative is that there s not a 1Rebel in my hometown in Essex so I can go at weekends when I m not working too

Amazing concept great variety of workouts You can tell every trainer puts a lot of effort into planning the classes as every one of them is different Staff is always ready with a smile Absolutely recommend

All round pretty darn great

Great classes trainers are all wonderful the ones I ve managed to go to anyway and the front staff always are very welcoming The cancel fees are a bit high but their cancellation policy is fair and explained in their Terms and conditions if you look at them

Amazing fitness experience From the energetic classes to the lovely front of house staff going to 1Rebel is really a whole experience The facilities are always kept clean and fresh the trainers are super motivating and I always leave with a smile on my face

Am a spin afficionado Was overnighting in London Booked an early doors 1Rebel spin class I was not disappointed Nearly all looked next level fitness the instructor was a level above that Left thoroughly energised Felt as if I d left part of me behind in the spin studio Loved the countercultural almost prepper feel to the session In summary magnificent

I m really loing to the Reformer

I m really loving the Reformer classes at Rebel 1 Not the average reformer you maybe used to More intense with HITT like session Definitely feel and see a difference in a short space of time compared to other gyms I was at like Frame Virgin I do 2 3 classes a week and that s enough to see the change If you want the more traditional reformer experience this is not the gym for you but if you want fun but a hard work out this is the class for you
